Hyper Optik ceramic tint has been applied to the glass, and the exterior has been treated with a Ceramic Pro Platinum Package coating.  The seller notes that while the car was optimized for track use, it has never actually been to the track and instead remains garage-kept and regularly detailed. Five very small chips are noted on the hood and the finish is described to be in otherwise excellent condition, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cabin is trimmed in black leather and Alcantara with deviated stitching, seatbelts, and instrument dials in Guards Red.  Other optional details include carbon fiber trim, illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, painted air vent slats, and extended leather upholstery covering the dashboard, door panels, air vents, steering column casing, and center console tunnel.  Optional extended Alcantara also covers the sun visors, door trim, seatbelt outlet trims, and embossed storage compartment lid.  The interior surfaces have been treated with a ceramic coating and the cabin has been fitted with upgraded JRC shift paddles, a BBI StreetCup harness bar, and Schroth safety harnesses.  A complete list of factory options is provided below:

@az911 Correct, only the OEM cats will be included with the sale. OEM parts are generally easy to source though for relatively cheap prices from individuals who have modded and are looking to clear out space. If anyone is interested in original parts, Rennlist Marketplace is usually a good place to look.

@areghovan - Just to clarify, only the OEM cats are included with the sale? So, the rest of the exhaust is not included, nor are the OEM wheels, suspension parts, or front-end lift unit?

Hi everyone, hope all is well - we're coming down to the final 4 hours. If you guys have any last minute questions, please feel free to ask. Also, I will likely be removing the reserve If we get close to my reserve amount. We still have ground to cover, but if and when we get to that point - I will post a comment on the auction stating reserve has been removed and car will go to highest final bidder. Best of luck and happy bidding!

@jbauto Thank you! Definitely been hesitant to let it go, but looking forward to the next build. Planning to do a 964 as a weekend canyon car until the kids get older. Then hopefully will refocous on doing a proper track build that I have time to enjoy.

@bmw363 Yeah with any mod, especially a tune - if it were to cause a major issue, it is always recommended to revert to stock prior to visiting the dealer for a warranty claim. You would essentially remove the tune and put OEM headers back on.

For CA, car will not need to be smogged until 2023 as it is under 4 years old. New owner would pay a smog transfer fee to register the car. In 2023, if you have no alternative work around - yes car would need to be reverted to pass smog every other year.

The process sounds worse than it actually is - you will already be in the shop ever year so every 2nd year, you would just go a little early and have them smog prep. Could get the swap done - remove and reapply - for roughly $500 to $750 once every 2 years. Just the unfortunate cost of having fun in some states including CA.

The JRZ 12 Series Motorsport 3-way suspension does remove the front axle lift - it was programmed out and removed for weight savings. It is not compatible with the motorsport suspension and cannot be added back unless you are fully swapping back to stock suspension.

  • bmw363 2 years, 1 monthago

If I'm understanding this correctly, since the ECU is tuned, the engine warranty could be void? And the way it sits with the tune and exhaust, the car will not pass CA smog? It will take some work to revert back to stock just to smog correct? Also the suspension mods remove the entire front axel lift system? With no stock parts, that can not be added back?

@Bills007 Yup, it does have A/C - thank you!

  • Bills007 (registered bidder) 2 years, 1 monthago

Just making sure it has A/C and is not an “A/C delete car”

@kwelhart @kwelhart, no worries - happy to answer any questions.

No check engine or fault codes - part of the reason I went with JCR besides the amazing sound.

Correct, exhaust is catless - OEM cats will be included with car. No other factory parts.

Took delivery 04/2019 so factory warranty until 04/2023. Warranty coverage will depend on the issue, but with any mod - if issue is unrelated to mod, they will cover.

This build with BBi Autosport was done with quality of the mods as a top priority to avoid any issues. No shortcuts were taken and only top notch products were used - it truly is an amazing car.

  • kwelhart (registered bidder) 2 years, 1 monthago

Any check engine lights or fault codes? Any codes from the exhaust? The exhaust appears to be catless, is that correct?

How much time is left on the factory warranty, if any, and will Porsche honor the warranty with the modifications?

Any factory parts come with the sale?

    Thanks for the additional information!
