Now available for auction is this 2019 Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS Weissach Package finished in Lizard Green. Currently the most powerful naturally aspirated 911 on the road, the 991.2 GT3 RS was the third Porsche production car to lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife in under 7 minutes. This final-year 2019 example was configured at an original cost of over $234k with an extended range fuel tank, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Front Axle Lift System, Sport Chrono Package, and the $18k Weissach Package. It also showcases a two-tone black and Lizard Green leather interior with extended Alcantara trim and illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber. Cared for by two prior owners and kept up to date on routine service, this generously optioned RS shows under 5k miles on the odometer and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
This example was ordered in the debut color of Lizard Green with black GT3 RS side graphics, painted headlight cleaner covers, and Satin Black finished wheels. The optional Weissach Package also adds an exposed carbon-fiber hood, roof, and rear wing with “PORSCHE” lettering on top. Compared to the standard 991.2 GT3, the RS is characterized by its louvered front fenders, NACA-ducted hood, Turbo-style side air intakes, side skirts, and large rear wing. The full front end has been preserved under clear paint protection film and the car is said to have never seen track use, detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The factory 20”/21” center-lock wheels come dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.
The cabin is upholstered in black leather and Alcantara with carbon fiber trim and Lizard Green deviated stitching, seat centers, seatbelts, and door pull straps. Optional details include illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, the Light Design Package, sun visors in Alcantara, a storage compartment lid in Alcantara with embossed Porsche crest, and an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel with top center marking in Lizard Green. The Weissach Package also adds a commemorative placard above the glovebox as well as special logos embroidered in the headrests. A complete list of factory options is provided below:
The 991.2 GT3 RS is equipped with a high-revving 4.0L flat-six engine that produces up to 520 HP and 346 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission providing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3 seconds with a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. The optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) offer superior stopping power while the Weissach Package adds carbon fiber sway bars, coupling rods, and body components which provide considerable weight savings. Standard performance features include rear-wheel steering, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), and a lightweight titanium exhaust system. The seller reports scheduled service to have been carried out per the manufacturer’s recommended intervals.
This sale will include a set of two painted keys, a leather ey pouch, owner's manuals, a car cover, and a clean title. An ultra-high performance 911 for the most demanding drivers, this generously optioned GT3 RS is just waiting to be enjoyed by a new owner.
