This 2019 Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS was customized and delivered new to its owner by Porsche of Santa Barbara of California in December 2018. The car comes finished in Black over a matching leather and Alcantara interior and features optional ceramic brakes (PCCB). It has been carefully maintained, preserved under clear paint protection film, and upgraded with a set of BBS-forged magnesium wheels. Driven just over 8k miles from new, this GT3 RS is now being offered for auction by its original owner out of California.

This GT3 RS wears an understated Black (A1) nonmetallic finish with upgraded OEM-style BBS forged magnesium wheels in Satin Platinum with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires. Compared to a standard GT3, the RS version receives a larger fixed rear wing, modified front fascia, side skirts, side air intakes, louvered front fenders, and NACA brake cooling ducts in the front bonnet. This example has remained garage-kept and preserved under full Xpel Ultimate Plus paint protection film since delivery and the seller notes the car has seen some track use. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cabin is trimmed in Black leather and Alcantara with contrasting silver stitching and lightweight carbon fiber bucket seats. Optional equipment includes interior trim in leather, a fire extinguisher, a luggage net in the passenger footwell, floor mats, and Voice Control.

This GT3 RS carries a 4.0L flat-six engine that revs up to 9000-RPM while producing up to 520 HP.  The rear wheels are driven by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission allowing for a 0-60 time of approximately 3 seconds. Optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are equipped while standard performance features include rear-wheel steering, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), PASM suspension, and a lightweight titanium exhaust system. The seller states that routine service has been completed according to the manufacturer’s specified intervals.

This sale will include a clean title.

@Trez63 As for the Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake pads, there is a lot of functional pad remaining; as for the PCCB rotors, they have negligible wear observed. The new Michelin Pilot
Sport Cup 2 R tires come with 4.5 to 6.5 mm of tread depth per the Michelin specification. My tires measure 2mm to 4mm where I spot tested. Thank You for your inquiry. Andrew W.

@shaneoo In my humble opinion, the paint condition is consistent with a vehicle that has been driven 8,200 miles on California roads which are generally in poor condition. On PCA Mart, I rated the condition as a three which is by far the most prevalent condition. If it were to me, I'd selectively remove the PPF from the front bumper cover and the trunk lid; only that way can the ultimate condition of the paint be determined. Of course, the PPF is supposed to take the brunt of the road "rash". I cannot guarantee the condition of the paint under the PPF as it is an unknown. Thank You for your inquiry. Andrew W.

  • Trez63 (registered bidder) 1 year, 2 monthsago

What is the current condition of brake pads and tires? Can you comment as to how many mm of brakes and tread are remaining?

  • shaneoo (registered bidder) 1 year, 2 monthsago

how bad is the paint damage? Can ppf be buffed or does it all need to be replaced? Can you guarantee the condition of the paint under the wrap?

  • awinterbottom (seller) 1 year, 2 monthsago

@lennyhd2002 Yes, I am the original owner. I spec.-ordered and took delivery of this car from Porsche of Santa Barbara. Andrew W.

@Corvette9469 This car was tracked several times. Whatever "pitting" there is, is from street and possible track. The windshield is what it is; the hood and front bumper cover has paint protection film(as does the rest of the painted surfaces) and once the PPF is removed, the apparent blemishes would be reduced. Although this car is not a garage queen, it still looks very good in person and sometimes the photo images seem to exacerbate the condition. Thank You for your inquiry. Andrew W.

  • Corvette9469 1 year, 2 monthsago

Looking at close up of window and hood is that pitting from being tracked and driven or is it water spotting?

  • awinterbottom (seller) 1 year, 2 monthsago

@Tmort Yes, indeed. Walk-around taken in the postal box area parking lot just down from Mallard Green. Cheers, Andrew W.

Gorgeous car! The walk around video looks like it might have been shot just outside of Mallard Green, I’ve spent a good amount of time around Avila years past on some construction projects…

@b00sted_porsche This car has been run at the Laguna Seca track two times; no incidents. The exhaust system is Porsche original equipment and is not new; just as old as the vehicle.
Yes, the Porsche Ceramic Carbon Brakes have always been on this car. I purchased a 2004 GT3 with PCCB and a 2007 GT3 with PCCB as well as my 2019. Never had any issue with PCCB on any of the three Porsche GT3/GT3RS! I will be posting a cold start-up video, the window sticker and walk-around video this evening. Sincerely, Andrew W.

  • b00sted_porsche (registered bidder) 1 year, 2 monthsago

Judging that the car has a hole in the license plate for the tow hitch, has the car been tracked? Also notice that the exhaust after the headers look completely new? Did it have an exhaust on it? Were the ceramics tracked on?

  • ArjuN911 (registered bidder) 1 year, 2 monthsago

    Lovely wheels!

  • awinterbottom (seller) 1 year, 2 monthsago

@OhBoy1959 I put the in hole in the license plate. The opening is the Porsche design for receiving the rear tow hook. Cheers to Andrew W.

  • OhBoy1959 1 year, 2 monthsago

@awinterbottom Thanks. One more question. Can you please explain the hole in the middle of the license plate mount. Have never seen this before. I am a previous GT3 owner, so I know the car well - and have never seen a mod of this kind. Thanks.

  • awinterbottom (seller) 1 year, 2 monthsago

@OhBoy1959 No, the original wheels were already sold. Sincerely, Andrew W.

  • OhBoy1959 1 year, 2 monthsago
