This final-year 991.2 was ordered with an electric sunroof, Porsche Entry & Drive, Lane Change Assist, Power Steering Plus, front seat heating & ventilation, the Light Design Package, and more. It is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Vermont while showing approximately 24k miles on the odometer.

Turbo-specific bodywork includes wide fenders with rear side air intakes, bumpers with large air vents, and active spoilers at the front and rear. This example comes finished in Agate Grey Metallic and rides on factory 20” 911 Turbo wheels dressed in Pirelli P Zero tires from 2021. Equipment includes a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, a Sport Chrono stopwatch dial, and carbon fiber door sills with model insignias. Optional features include an electric sunroof, front seat ventilation & heating, Porsche crested headrests, and Porsche Entry & Drive, the Light Design Package, and Lane Change Assist (LCA).

This second-generation 991 Turbo is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine rated at 540 HP and 487 lb.-ft of torque. Power is delivered to all four wheels by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission which can launch this Turbo Coupe from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3 seconds. The seller states that regular service was carried out by Local Motorcar Services of Wilmington, Vermont, and a coolant leak was repaired by New Country Porsche of Clifton Park, New York. The most recent service is said to have included new brake pads, a brake fluid flush, and an oil change.

This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a toolkit, and a car cover.

The seller would like you to know: “This 991. 2 Turbo is the third Turbo I have owned and is light years better than my previous cars.  The car is only driven between May and November, is in excellent condition and the only reason for the sale is that I'm approaching my 83rd birthday

  • rpower (seller) 7 months, 3 weeksago

@1969911Ss I'm in the process of uploading photos of my service records to Pcar. I have just spoken to my friend from Local Motor Car Services who has done most of the work on the car and he confirms that the rotors are not cracked.
I will get his report tomorrow morning in case there is an additional invoice not included in the pics I'm about to up load.

  • 1969911Ss (registered bidder) 7 months, 3 weeksago

btw, I usually like to see what I am buying before I bid. that's why those maintenance records are needed now. thanks

  • 1969911Ss (registered bidder) 7 months, 3 weeksago

6 track days should easily wear out the brake pads, maybe even got into the rotors. do you have a copy of that report so we can see how much is left on them? thanks

  • rpower (seller) 7 months, 3 weeksago

    @rbrunson Maybe duplicate response.
    The car is completely original.
I have most of the records but can ensure all are available should you purchase.
I have been billed on line and may have forgotten to print one out.

  • rpower (seller) 7 months, 3 weeksago

6 max. I have been to Watkins Glen once a year for the last three years. It works out at 2 days per year. As I said these tires were purchased just before last year’s outing so they have seen two outings.

  • 1969911Ss (registered bidder) 7 months, 3 weeksago

so how many days would you say the car has been tracked? also, my experience with these cars show the REAR tires wear significantly quicker on the inside of the tire. So if you don't get underneath and look its really difficult to asses the wear.

  • rbrunson (registered bidder) 7 months, 3 weeksago

Do you have the original rear deck lid?
Do you have the service records?

  • rpower (seller) 7 months, 3 weeksago

@1969911Ss. I Installed two new Pirelli P Zero rear tires on 6/03/22. One month later I got a nail in one of them and replaced that tire on 7/25/22. I then did 1 1/2 days DE at Watkins Glen, Yellow Run Group. Following normal usage I again participated in DE at Watkins Glen this July, same run group. It was very hot on the second day which might account for the apparent wear. Preparing the car for sale we inspected the tires carefully and they appeared to have normal tread.

  • rpower (seller) 7 months, 3 weeksago

I will send you full details first thing tomorrow.
    Have retired early tonight.

  • 1969911Ss (registered bidder) 7 months, 3 weeksago

do you have info on the tires? the rears look pretty worn

  • rpower (seller) 7 months, 3 weeksago

@MMMPower I purchased the car from a luxury car dealer in Pompano Beach FL.. I have had absolutely no trouble with dealer issues . Work has been performed under warranty, now expired, in fact New Country Porsche of Clifton Park , NY did a fairly extensive replacement of parts in the cooling system under warranty and at no charge.
The car had been registered in Florida and I live in Vermont so car was reregistered without any trouble.
I should point out that living in Vermont, I take the car off the road in early November and store it in a heated garage until beginning of May. The car has never seen snow!
Without sounding blase it's my experience that a Porsche , is a Porsche , is a Porsche!! This is my third Turbo and as I have said is light years better than my previous ones. My ownership experience has been better than my previous US purchased Turbo, a 997, because New Country Porsche is so much better than one from whom I bought the previous car. A rather long winded way of saying that a Porsche from Canada is the same as from the US!! I should add that i have routine issues handled by a friend who runs a performance shop near me .

Good day, very nice build and nicely presented. You’ve obviously taken good care of her. Can you please comment on your overall experience owning a Canadian import and specifically your dealer service experience? I’ve heard of issues in this area and they may be more related to recalls or just hyperbole. Further, do you have any other documentation, from Porsche or otherwise, regarding the import history? I noted the door jam sticker, but wondering if anything else exists of relevance. I would be registering in a new state and want to anticipate any issues (e.g. VIN compliance). Thank you in advance. An import would be new territory for me, so I appreciate the patience in answering my questions.

@1969911Ss Its perfect for guys of our generation! I got my first Turbo in my 60s. This one is way the best. Does everything.

  • PorscheGuy32 (registered bidder) 7 months, 3 weeksago

Most bang for buck 911 Turbo in my opinion. Both modern looks and crazy performance, cheap relative to other ridiculous priced Porsches.

My wife nicknamed this car "The Grey Lady"! Not only is she the best looking Turbo I have ever owned but her performance is so far beyond my capabilities that it is time someone of superior skills should own this car.
As I said earlier the only reason for the sale is that I'm approaching my 83rd birthday and increasingly aware of my limits! Living in Vermont I only get to drive her between May and November.
