The Atlas Touring Coach was introduced by Airstream as their most luxurious Class B RV yet, built atop a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 170” wheelbase chassis and featuring a host of amenities and luxury features. Remaining under the coverage of its 5-year/100k manufacturer powertrain warranty, this one-owner Airstream Atlas is now being offered at auction by the seller located in Idaho showing just over 4,780 miles on the odometer.
The exterior is finished in Iridium Silver Metallic (775) and features a slide-out section housing the murphy bed, automatically deploying power steps for entry and egress, a power sliding door on the passenger side, lockable underbody storage compartments, LED headlights, fog lamps, towing mirrors with integrated LED turn signals, exterior water connections, a tow hitch receiver, a macerator hose reel, a seamless fiberglass body kit, Tommy Bahama badging and graphics, and a power awning with LED lighting and special Tommy Bahama striped fabric. The seller reports that it has been stored since new in a climate-controlled garage.
The interior is configured in the Murphy Suite floorplan paired with the Tommy Bahama Relax Special Edition decor, selected at an additional price of $11,425. The rear bathroom includes a corner shower with teak inlays and LED lighting, a Kohler sink, a vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet and storage below the sink, a Fantastic fan with temperature and rain sensors, and a single door for privacy. The slide-out section houses an integrated murphy bed (73”x73”) with a Froli ergonomic bed support system. The Airstream Atlas is powered by a 3.0L turbodiesel V6, which produces up to 188 HP and 325 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by a 7-speed automatic transmission. The Atlas is also equipped with a self-leveling rear air suspension, which adjusts automatically to bumps in the road, changes in elevation, and changes in wind resistance. The seller reports that regular oil changes have been performed during their ownership.

@jbauto the Sprinters drive and accelerate amazing even with a heavy load. The Germans really know how to do it.

@Lexday47 The Murphy bed is located behind the couch. The couch is located in the portion with the slide-out. When stopped the power slide-out can be activated for more living room space. When you are ready to use the bed, the couch power folds flat and then you just swing the bed down over the now flat couch. Super quick, super simple and light.
@audios22 This is 2020 model with under 6,000 miles. It's in like-new condition with no upgrades or changes to the interior, drive train, or any other systems. I'm not going to take pictures of water tanks, waste water tanks extra. Please refer to the detailed manufacturing information that can be found online.
@Spyder21 It sounds like there was at least one instance of a vehicle rolling after it was in park. MB official advice is to ensure that the vehicle is indeed placed in park. MB does offer a solution which is an update to the ESP Control Unit, which would be performed under a recall. This rig has not rolled away in it's limited use, and the update to the ESP has not been performed to my knowledge. The new owner can certainly do that should this VIN number be eligible under the recall.

Seller would you have a copy of the window sticker. Also as others mentioned, has the recall work been completed for the parking software (issued by MB in Jan 2022).
Where does the mattress store when not in use ?
Great unit by Airstream/Mercedes. Didn't see any detailed pics about the drive train, water and waste tanks, etc.
I agree with Spyder21. The rolling away in Park would definitely be a problem if purchased.
In the car fax it states vehicle would roll away in park…not a desirable feature. What was the remedy?
Cocktails for 6, Dinner for 4, Sleeps 2. The Murphy Bed application is perfect in this Airstream, out of the way when you don't need it and when you do, you have the comfort of a real bed.
