The second generation of Audi’s R8 supercar offers increased performance capabilities compared to its predecessor and updated styling with aggressive design cues. This 2020 Audi R8 V10 Performance Spyder Quattro is finished in the Audi Exclusive shade of matte grey over a Black Nappa leather interior and comes factory equipped with over $20k in premium options including an Audi Exclusive finish, Diamond stitched Sport Seats, Carbon Fiber exterior trim, Dynamic Steering, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. Upgraded equipment includes a Ryft titanium exhaust system, Fabspeed intake, VF engineering ECU software, a built-in radar detector, and more. This exquisite example is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Massachusetts showing just over 7k miles on its odometer.
The second generation R8 is lighter and more rigid than its predecessor thanks to the use of carbon fiber in its shell rather than aluminum. In 2018 the R8 received a mid-cycle update which included more angular and aggressive styling. This example is finished in an Audi Exclusive shade of matte grey with a power retractable convertible soft top in black. It came factory equipped with a carbon fiber front spoiler, rocker inlay, and exhaust surround, a $7,200 option. Details include black Audi rings and badging, carbon fiber side blades, exterior mirror covers, and rear lip spoiler, LED taillights and headlights with Audi Laser Light technology, Red finished brake calipers, and 20” 5-double-spoke-dynamic design wheels. The wheels have been powder coated in Sterling Gold II and come dressed in a set of Michlin tires. The seller adds that the exterior is protected with ceramic sealant and front-end XPEL paint protection film. Images can be found in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is fitted with 18-way power adjustable Sport Seats upholstered in Black Nappa leather with diamond stitched inserts and contrasting Red stitching. Amenities include a Bang & Olufsen sound system, Audi Virtual Cockpit with Sport Mode and a 12.3” configurable LCD screen, illuminated door sills in high-gloss carbon fiber, a Sport Steering wheel, and more. The original window sticker is available for reference in the gallery and lists all factory-equipped features. A Radenso built-in radar detector with an anti-laser jamming kit has been installed along with a layer of removable window tint on the two front and back windows.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine which is shared with the Lamborghini Huracan, which produces up to 612 HP stock. Power output has been increased thanks to the addition of a Ryft titanium exhaust system, a Fabspeed air intake, and a VF engineering ECU tune. Audi’s Quattro system drives all four wheels through a 7-speed S-Tronic automatic transmission. Additional performance features include carbon ceramic brakes, fixed sport suspension, and Dynamic Steering. The CARFAX includes seven service history entries, and the seller notes that regular service has been carried out through Audi Natick of Massachusetts.

Hi - when was the in-service date and when does the original manufacturers warranty expire ? Is the car eligible for any additional manuf. warranty ?
@bkswede It is a regular titanium exhaust, with no mufflers or valves. Also, the PPP has a 7-year warranty
The exact miles as of today are 7851. The Audi dealer my client uses has been honoring the warranty.

The invoice for the Ryft exhaust doesn’t indicate whether the system installed on the car has a muffler and exhaust valves. Is that something you can verify? Also, can you verify the number of miles? The listing says just over 7,000 miles, but one of the pictures appears to show 7,675 on the screen. Finally, has the Audi dealer that has been servicing the car been honoring the warranty (or indicated whether they would honor the warranty) given the engine modifications? Thanks

These are some great questions you have asked! To help be as diligent as possible I have attached an invoice for your viewing. As you can see via the date of March 2020 this car was brought immediately after purchase to be professionally wrapped with a lifetime warranty. The work added up to nearly 28k of upgrades. In this invoice, many of your questions will be answered.
In regards to the questions of interior leather wear: There is no creasing or wear on the leather on the driver or passenger seat. The owner of this vehicle is very careful with keeping both clothing and footwear clean in his vehicles as well as not wearing garments with rivets that can damage the upholstery.

Do you have additional information on the modifications (documentation of purchase, who installed the modifications, when they were installed, etc)? On the Ryft exhaust, it appears that they offered it in two configurations - (1) with a muffler and valves to bypass the muffler, and (2) no muffler. How have these modifications impacted the remaining factory warranty? Thanks!
First off, beautiful car - love the color! Can you comment further on the PPF and ceramic coating on the car? Was it applied when new? If not, when and was paint correction performed at that time? Any damage to paint under the film? Also, what Xpel product was used and do you have details on coverage and quality of install (e.g.; whether all edges are wrapped)? Is it just front end or were rockers, carbon fiber blades etc also covered? For any areas not covered, can you please comment on condition of paint (i.e., any flaws of any kind such as nicks, rock chips, swirls, scratches, etc)? Last question, regarding interior, can you please comment on any high wear areas such as drivers seat bolsters? It’s difficult to make out in the pictures the extent to which there may be creasing in the leather on the seats. Any information (including additional pictures) of those areas would be appreciated. @hschmaltz It has not been on a Dyno. I'm guessing the power is somewhere around 650HP. I would love to see what it puts out but haven't had this car on dyno so far. Let me know if you have any other questions, thank you!
