Available for auction is this 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 finished in Grabber Lime over an Ebony Leather interior. Based on the sixth generation Mustang, The GT500 was reintroduced for the 2020 model year featuring a hand-built supercharged cross-plane “Predator” V8 engine, improved aerodynamics, and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission making it the fastest accelerating production Mustang yet. This one-owner 2020 example comes equipped with Recaro leather-trimmed seats, an over-the-top stripe, the Handling Package, and the Technology Package. It is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida while showing approximately 1,300 miles on the odometer.
The GT500 features a unique front and rear fascia with functional splitters and wire mesh grills, a rear wing, and a vented bonnet with self-centering hood pins. This GT500 is finished in Grabber Lime, a vibrant shade of green inspired by a vintage Mustang heritage color from the 1970s, accented by high-gloss Ebony over-the-top stripes and a black painted roof. Details include quad-tip exhaust, LED lighting with sequential turn signals, red Brembo brake calipers, and the Handling Package which includes an aerodynamic gurney flap and splitter wickers for increased downforce. It rides on a set of upgraded aftermarket wheels dressed in Toyo R888r tires from 2021. Additional images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin offers a pair of leather-trimmed Recaro bucket seats with silver accents, contrast stitching, and Miko Suede inserts. Features include an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, a customizable 12" digital LCD gauge cluster, aluminum foot pedals, automatic climate control, and the optional Technology Package which adds navigation as well as a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system.
The most powerful engine ever offered in a Ford production car, the hand-built 5.2-liter supercharged “Predator” V8 produces as much as 760 HP and 625 lb.-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with a Torsen limited-slip differential. Other performance features include a Torsen differential, transmission oil cooler, electronic power-assisted steering, launch-control and line-lock, 6-piston front and 4-piston rear Brembo brakes, Ford MagneRide adaptive suspension, and Ford Track Apps for recording telemetry and performance data. The CARFAX report shows two maintenance history records including a recent oil and filter service and an open TCM recall.
