    Thanks

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

Currently there is no hitch but one can be easily installed
    Thanks

  • mckinleyvans 1 year, 8 monthsago

What exactly is the "Lien"? Is there money owwd on the vehcle or is it a clean title?

  • smanders (registered bidder) 1 year, 8 monthsago

Is there is hitch under that rear step-up?

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

    @gfcollins911 Hello!
The dining table lowers in its space, level with the 2 benches. Then the memory foam cusions fill in the space converting into the bed
    Hope that helps

  • gfcollins911 (registered bidder) 1 year, 8 monthsago

Where does the dinette table top stow when the bed is used?

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

@INOV8 I also have not had any body work done to the van

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

@INOV8 Hi- Thanks for the comment on the build and great question.
This was a cargo van in its previous life prior to my ownership.
I did notice what you are referring to prior to purchase, and it was wasn't significant enough to deter me from purchasing the van

  • INOV8 (registered bidder) 1 year, 8 monthsago

Nice Build! When I look at the walk around video it appears that the waves/dents on the passenger side go from the bottom of the van under the black body molding up to the windows and extend beyond the door all the way to the back of the van. Is that correct? Also it looks wavy above the windows as well, all the way to the roof. Has any paint and body work been done on this side of the van?

@TheGerman Hi and thanks for the questions.
The overall length of the 170" wheelbase van is 22.8'. Overall height with the roof rack and solar panels is just over 9'.
On the inside, I wanted to utilize as much space as possible. I'm 6'1" and I can stand freely. There is 14' of usable space starting behind the seats to the rear of the van with the conversion components using all of that space. When the dinette is in the bed mode its 74".
The reason for selling is that I fully enjoy building these and am ready to build the next one.
Let me know if you need more info.
    Thank you

    Hi
    - would you pls post the dimensions of your camper. )The height please including the additional attachments)
    - what's the reason for selling this young camper

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

    @britco4 Hi Chuck!
    Thanks for all the questions
I believe what your seeing is the manual controls for the MAXX fan roof vent.. There is no mold or dirt of any sort anywhere on or in the vehicle.
I have not had the blemish looked at because it wasn't significant to do so. If the new owner wishes, that can be persued.
All cabinetry is a combination of birch, and baltic birch plywood. No particle board was used in the build. The countertops are solid butcher block. The dining table is bamboo.
A 3 ring binder of all equipment used in the bud as well as wiring/ plumbing diagrams.
As far as warranty on the build, the detailed warranry info on all components used will be in the supplied 3 ring binder. Even though no expense was spared and only top of the line equipment was used in the build, I will work with the new owner if an issue arises
    Thanks!

Good luck with auction. A few questions:
    1. Pic 48 has some dark(black)areas on the white trim by the roof vent that one might think indicates a leak & mold perhaps. Can you explain please.
    2. Did you look in to having the sliding door damage fixed? If so, do you have a cost estimate?
    3. Are the cabinets, floor, counter tops, anything else made of particle board type materials or are they full wood? Vinyl/plastic?
    4. Will a detailed wiring diagram be furnished to buyer? ditto plumbing? ditto equipment manuals?
    5. Other than the vehicle, is there any type of warranty on the equipment, the build, etc?
    6. Will there be an assignment of ownership for warranty of individual equipment to buyer?

    thanks, chuck

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

@deezPcar As far as the damage, I can't elaborate as it was done under first ownership. As the builder, I found the repair was done correctly as I could not see any evidence of any damage upon purchase.
Small wave in the panel was there when I purchased the vehicle.
I but the van to sleep 2
    Thanks!

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

@deezPcar I'm not sure what you are referring to in regards to the lean. Could you kindly elablroate?

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

Hello and thanks for the questions
Pic 53 is the 33 gallon fresh water tank under the left bench of the dinette/ bed area

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago

    @Jackbowser Hello
Pic 54 is the 33gal fresh water tank that resides under the rear left bench of the dinette/ bed area

  • deezPcar (registered bidder) 1 year, 8 monthsago

    Few questions:
    1. What exactly happened in the incident that caused damage?
    2. Are there dents in the sliding door as the paneling does not look straight?
    3. How many does this van sleep?

  • Jackbowser (registered bidder) 1 year, 8 monthsago

    Please explain the lean

  • Jackbowser (registered bidder) 1 year, 8 monthsago

What are we seeing in picture 54?

  • Zzpopp (seller) 1 year, 8 monthsago
