A more powerful version of the standard BMW F87 M2 Coupe, the high-performance M2 Competition model features a twin-turbocharged S55 engine derived from the contemporary M3/M4 models. This 2021 BMW M2 Completion 6-speed is one of a reported 120 examples equipped with the optional Special Content Package which includes Hockenheim Silver Metallic paint over a two-tone Dakota leather interior with Polar Blue stitching as well as 19″ Style 763M wheels in Jet Black, carbon-fiber interior trim, an Alcantara steering wheel, and adaptive LED headlights. It was cared for by one owner prior to the seller’s recent acquisition from BMW of Alexandria and remains covered under the original BMW 4-year/50k-mile warranty. A rare and very nicely appointed version of BMW’s acclaimed M2 sports car, this F87 is now being offered for auction out of New York while showing approximately 41k miles on the odometer.
Compared to a standard F22 2-Series Coupe, the F87 M2 features wider wheel arches and aerodynamically revised bumpers as well as side skirts, a rear M spoiler, and quad exhaust tips. The Competition model includes larger front kidney grilles for enhanced cooling capacity. This M2 is finished in exclusive Hockenheim Silver Metallic paint as part of the Special Content Package which also equips Adaptive Full LED Headlights and 19″ Style 763M “CS” alloy wheels in Jet Black. Other equipment includes extended Shadowline exterior trim, Grey M Sport brake calipers, Park Distance Control sensors, and auto-dimming side-view mirrors. The car rides on a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 tires (2021) and the seller notes some minor imperfections on the hood as well as scratches on the underside of the front bumper. The Special Content Package provides a cabin upholstered in Silver and Black Dakota leather with contrasting blue stitching, carbon fiber trim, and an Alcantara-wrapped M Sport steering wheel along with a wireless phone charger and Wi-Fi Hotspot. This M2 is also outfitted with power adjustable M Sport Seats with heating and lumbar support as well as M Seatbelts, dual-zone automatic climate control, ConnectedDrive Services, Remote Services, the Storage Package, a Harman/Kardon premium sound system, a navigation system, and Apple CarPlay compatibility.
The M2 Competition is equipped with a 3.0-liter BMW M TwinPower Turbo S55B30 inline 6-cylinder engine rated at 405 HP and 406lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transmission and an Active M limited-slip differential. Performance equipment includes a carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic strut bar, an M-tuned exhaust, M-tuned suspension, M Sport Brakes with Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Brake Fade Compensation. The seller indicates that all services have been performed by an authorized BMW dealership according to the manufacturer’s recommended intervals.
The sale will include the original window sticker and owner’s manuals along with a clean title.

A new container of Hockenheim Silver touch up paint for the extremely minor few stone chips on the hood will be included with the sale, should the new owner choose to touch them up. If this car looks familiar, it was recently up for auction on another site & early in the auction a bid was made. There was a miscommunication between myself and the bidder & they believed their bid was nowhere near the reserve & purchased another vehicle.
