This 2021 Winnebago Era 70B 4x4 is based on a 170” high-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 and has been converted to a camper van in the 70B specification. Able to sleep two, the Era 70B is equipped with a plush rear sofa that is convertible to a rear sleeping area, a galley kitchen with a Corian countertop, a microwave convection oven, a 3-burner range with a glass top, a stainless-steel sink, a cold-water purification system, and a 6.0 cubic ft. compressor-driven refrigerator/freezer, a wet bath with a shower, toilet, and stainless steel sink. It also includes a fold-down 24” HDTV, continuous track lighting, a touch screen systems monitor panel with control via the Precision Plex app, a Coleman Mach 10 NDQ air conditioner, a Truma Combi Eco Plus heating system, 2 deep-cycle Group 31 batteries, a 200-watt solar panel, 2,500-watt Cummins Onan QG LP generator, removable companion seats with swivel and slide, a removable pedestal table, and much more. The exterior is finished in Tenorite Grey Metallic (755) with custom coachwork by Winnebago. Equipment includes a passenger side sliding door with a screen door, ambulance-style rear doors, a roof-mounted 200-watt solar panel, a powered patio awning with LED lighting, running boards, rocker panel trim, rear mudguards, LED headlights, fog lights, a trailer hitch with 7-pin wiring, an optional roof-mounted luggage rack and rear ladder, a city water hookup, power connections, and an exterior speaker system. The cab features swiveling power-adjustable heated captain's chairs for the driver and passenger upholstered in brown leather, an MBUX touchscreen multimedia infotainment center with navigation, an interactive Voice Interface, a rearview camera, a multifunction steering wheel, and carbon fiber trim.  The camper was optioned with the Fusion interior color palette and includes continuous track lighting, MCD blackout roller shades, a soft vinyl ceiling, a removable pedestal table, a sliding captain’s chair, Multiplex lighted wall switches with control via Precision Plex app, touchscreen climate and power controls, and multiple USB charge points.

The galley kitchen is equipped with a Corian solid-surface countertop with a decorative backsplash, a flip-up countertop extension, overhead storage compartments, a microwave convection oven, a 3-burner cooking range with a glass top, a 6.0 cubic ft. compressor-driven refrigerator and freezer, a stainless-steel sink with a bamboo cover and cutting board, and a cold-water purification system. A 24"x43" wet bath includes an additional stainless-steel sink, a toilet, and a flexible showerhead, fed by a 25-gallon freshwater tank, draining into a 26-gallon grey water tank. The rear sleeping area features a power fold-down sofa that converts into a bed, and a wall-mounted 24” LED TV with an OmniGo HDTV antenna. Temperature is controlled by a Coleman-Mach 10 NDQ air conditioner and a Truma Combi Eco Plus heating system. The seller notes that a recall has been performed for the backup camera in July of 2022, although it still works intermittently and will have to be serviced by an authorized dealership.

The Winnebago Era is powered by a Mercedes-Benz 3.0 turbodiesel V6 that produces up to 188 HP and 325 lb.-ft of torque, sent to all four wheels through the optional on-demand 4x4 system with a dual-range transfer case and a 7-speed 7G-Tronic automatic transmission.  Driver assists include blind spot monitoring, a collision avoidance system, traffic sign assist, crosswind assist, and active brake assist. The CARFAX report shows that a maintenance inspection and an oil service were performed by Lyle Pearson Mercedes-Benz in March of 2022.
