@amor1064 . The Front tires are about 5/32 and the Rear Tires are about 6/32. I am sorry but I cannot give you the exact Brake Tread Dept at this moment. I can assure they feel terrific and no warning indicator of Brake Wear is present. Hope this helps!

@BMWNUTTY The option is not listed on the window sticker and I do not see a button on the wheel so I will have to assume it's a no. However,.it does have heated seats.
