@Mercyhealth Yes, I checked with Porsche in Ocala, FL and the cost is about $2000 - $1,500 for the parts and $500 for the paint. This probably a part that gets replaced frequently on many cars due to its proximity to the ground.

I saw this car yesterday in the traffic and it was looking super sick?? GLWS

  • RickMay60 (seller) 2 years, 6 monthsago

@Mercyhealth Yes, I did not want the sunroof for two reasons: one it weighs 100 lbs and two, in Florida it's just too dang hot most of the year to have it open. Money was better spent on the other options I added.

  • RickMay60 (seller) 2 years, 6 monthsago

@Mercyhealth I'm not sure on the cost because it would take me longer to fix it than I want to keep the car. It's a skirt trim which pops in/out so it shouldn't be too much. I would only spend $250 for my USAA deductible on it but it would take about 3 weeks to have the Porsche certified body shop in Jacksonville, FL fix it. I just went through a divorce and received the car after the divorce which leaves me not too much time to sell it. I'm very saddened to sell the car but going to back to being a pilot again so it's a must go.

@RickMay60 any story about the front splitter damage and have you investigated cost of repair?

  • Mercyhealth (registered bidder) 2 years, 6 monthsago

@RickMay60 Great car obviously driven let everyone know about option ZAC sunroof delete. The best no cost option and a must in my opinion.

Hello Everyone. I had this car specifically built in my vision. I wanted a color that stands out for a car that stands out. I didn't want the same colors that we typically see on a 911 frequently. I wanted the Aerokit as it not only looks great but it adds ram air directly into the turbo intakes which is said to add a little more horsepower. Rear wheel steering allows this car to literally throw your head against the window when making turns; it turns like nothing else out on the roads today. Sport Chrono was a must as I fell in love with the "Launch Mode" in previous 911s I have driven. I have experienced a jet catapult launch from an aircraft carrier and this mode is a very close second to that! The power this car has cannot be expressed enough in numbers as it is truly appreciated when driving. This 911 S has been confused with a GT3 all-the-time! I have to correct people that it is not a GT3. With this being said, this 911 looks very similar to a GT3 but priced as an S. This will become the best car a driver has ever had in his/her garage. This 911 always gets looks like no other 911 I have ever driven.
