Introduced with Tesla’s first-ever triple-motor system, this Model S Plaid represents a major advancement in performance for Tesla, with acceleration from 0-60 MPH taking place in under 2 seconds and a claimed top speed of 200 MPH. This 1000HP+ electric super sedan was ordered in Midnight Silver Metallic over an All Black Premium leather interior with carbon fiber trim, and was optioned with 21” Arachnid wheels, a yoke steering wheel, and Autopilot, in addition to standard features including a 22-speaker sound system with active noise canceling, a 17” cinematic central infotainment display, a 12.3” digital instrument cluster, and an 8” rear screen, 8 exterior cameras, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and more. Remaining under the care of its original owner and under the coverage of its factory warranty, this 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid is now being offered at auction by the seller based out of Rhode Island showing just over 4k miles on the odometer.
The exterior of this Model S Plaid is finished in the premium color of Midnight Silver Metallic (PMNG) and features widened fender flares to accommodate the larger wheels and tires, and a redesigned hood. Equipment includes full LED headlights with automatic high beams, automatic windshield wipers, power-folding auto-dimming side mirrors with memory, 8 exterior cameras, black window trim, black flush-mount door handles, a black rear diffuser, and LED tail lamps. The optional 21” Arachnid wheels were selected at a cost of $4,500 and are mounted with the original Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
The interior is upholstered in Black premium leather, with carbon fiber trim on the center console, dashboard, and door panels. Amenities include a yoke-style multifunction steering wheel, power-adjustable, heated, and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, tri-zone climate control, a 22-speaker audio system with active noise canceling, Multi-device Bluetooth, WiFi and mobile network connectivity, four inductive charging pads, a 17” horizontal center touchscreen with navigation, a 12.3” digital instrument display, and an 8” screen between the two front seats for the rear occupants.
The Tesla Model S Plaid is powered by a single-front and twin-rear electric motors producing up to 1,020 HP and 1,050 lb.-ft of torque, sending power to all four wheels and providing for a 0-60 time of just under 2 seconds and a claimed top speed of 200 MPH. The 100-kWh battery pack gives the Model S Plaid a range of up to 348 miles and can recover 187 miles of range in 15 minutes of charging using a V3 Supercharger. The Full Self Driving (FSD) Autopilot provides lane centering, traffic-aware adaptive cruise control, automatic lane changing , semi-autonomous navigation on limited access freeways, self-parking, and the ability to summon the car to the driver.

Yes indeed these are very competent automobiles and are awesomely fast. Although the creature comforts, ride and drivability are as good as it gets.
I had a Plaid for 11 months with no issues sold it (7500 miles) as i placed an order for the Roadster. It is a mind boggling car pertaining to performance and can be a daily driver in all season. Faster than any cars you can encounter on the street for cheap.
