2k-Mile 2022 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 2LT

Available for auction is this 2022 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Stingray 2LT finished in Accelerate Yellow over a Jet Black leather interior. Marking the most significant change in the Corvette's evolution, the eighth generation (C8) features all-new aluminum architecture, updated suspension, and a new LT2 V8 mounted behind the driver for the first time. This single-owner example came factory optioned with a Performance Exhaust system, staggered aluminum wheels, dual racing stripes, and the 2LT Equipment Group which adds GT1 bucket seats, a Bose audio system, and a head-up display among other desirable features. It is now being offered for auction with the remainder of its factory warranties by its seller out of New York while showing just over 2k miles on its odometer.

The C8 uses a three-layer multi-material structure for the frame and body made from aluminum alloy and carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic bonded composites. This example is finished in the premium shade of Accelerate Yellow with factory-optional Carbon Flash full-length racing stripes. Factory features include LED headlights, quad-exhaust outlets, a body-colored removable roof panel, and a set of premium staggered diameter (19” front and 20” rear) Carbon Flash finished aluminum wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires.

The cabin is trimmed in Jet Black Mulan Leather and is highlighted by a pair of power-adjustable, heated, and ventilated GT1 bucket seats with premium yellow seat belts. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped heated steering wheel, a 14-speaker Bose audio system, touchscreen infotainment with navigation, wireless device charging, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a head-up display, a rearview camera, and more.

This C8 is powered by a mid-mounted LT2 6.2-liter V8 engine which sends 490 HP and 465 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a Tremec 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in under 3 seconds. This C8 is equipped with the optional Performance Exhaust system which provides a slight increase in power and gives the Corvette a more aggressive tone. The C8 also comes standard with Brembo brakes, a mechanical limited-slip differential, and a Driver Mode selector which enables variable settings for shift points, steering response, engine sound, and braking feel. The seller adds that about 22 months or 34k miles of factory warranty coverage remain.
