The rear wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission which provides acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 3.7 seconds while saving 37 lbs. over the alternate 7-speed PDK gearbox. The double-wishbone front suspension was derived from the 911 RSR race car while standard performance features include rear-axle steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Stability Management (PSM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus). The car remains covered under the balance of its factory warranty.
