Carrying on a tradition dating back over 100 years, the Morgan Super 3 was introduced as the latest three-wheeler from Morgan in 2022 and shares its refined CX-Generation platform with the brand’s flagship Plus Six sports car. This hand-built and highly customized 2023 Morgan Super 3 comes finished in British Racing Green over a waterproof tan and quilted leather interior. It is powered by a naturally aspirated 1.5L three-cylinder Ford engine that is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Showing just 10 miles on the odometer, this unique Super 3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Maryland.
This Super 3 is hand-finished in British Racing Green with contrasting gloss and matte panels. Exterior options include dual chrome side view mirrors, dual chrome cockpit hoops, yellow low-fly windscreens, side Union Jack graphics, custom gold pinstriping, travel-ready side blade mounts for soft bags, a blue tonneau cover, and mild steel black exhaust tips. It rides on optional alloy wheels finished in silver gloss metallic that measure 20” at the front and 15” at the back, which are dressed in Avon tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The interior is appointed with water-resistant tan upholstery accented by hand-quilted British Racing Green stitching. Options include heated seats with an embroidered Morgan logo, a 14” three-spoke leather steering wheel with a Morgan center logo, a custom dash in matte veneer wood, a USB charging port, footwell lights footwell heaters, cup holders, and bungee storage.
This Super 3 is equipped with a naturally aspirated version of Ford’s 1.5L three-cylinder Dragon engine, which sends power to the rear wheel through a Mazda Miata 5-speed manual transmission connected to a bevel box and carbon-fiber-reinforced drive belt. Producing 118 HP and 110 lb.-ft of torque while weighing just over 1,400 lbs., the Super 3 can accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in approximately 7.0 seconds on its way to a top speed of 130 MPH.
