Pairing the high-performance underpinnings of the Cayman GT4 with a unique open-top design inspired by vintage Porsche racing cars, the 718 Boxster Spyder offers an exhilarating driving experience. This 2023 example is finished in Paint to Sample Meissen Blue over a Black leather and Race-Tex interior. Additional options include the 7-speed Porsche DoppelKupplung (PDK) transmission, 18-way power-adjustable Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, BOSE Surround Sound System, and much more. This 718 Spyder is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California with approximately 2,400 miles on the odometer.
Compared to the standard 718 Boxster, the Spyder features a more aggressive front fascia and rear diffuser shared with the Cayman GT4 as well as a larger ducktail rear spoiler and a double-hump rear decklid that conceals the retractable convertible top. This example was ordered in the Paint to Sample color of Meissen Blue and includes a black convertible top, power-folding side mirrors, side air intakes, dual exhaust outlets, red brake calipers, and 20” GT4 wheels painted in Satin Black wrapped in Dunlop tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the cockpit is appointed with Black leather and Race-Tex upholstery complemented by red deviated stitching and carbon fiber trim. Optional equipment includes Adaptive Sports Seats Plus, seatbelts in Guards Red, navigation including Porsche Connect, BOSE Surround Sound System, the Light Design Package, a fire extinguisher, luggage net in the passenger footwell, and an Exclusive Design Fuel Cap.
This Spyder derives power from a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine, delivering up to 414 HP and 309 lb.-ft of torque sent to the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission and limited-slip differential. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH can be achieved in less than 4 seconds with a top speed of 189 MPH. A track-tuned and lowered version of Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) comes standard as well as a Sport Exhaust System, while the brakes and front suspension are derived from the 911 GT3. The seller adds that the upgraded Akropovich titanium axle-back exhaust system will remain on the vehicle for an additional $4,500 over the successful bid price, otherwise, the factory sport exhaust will be professionally installed upon the sale.

The seller would like you to know: “The car was initially delivered to Santa Clarita Porsche and was acquired new by the seller in June 2023. This 982 Spyder now has 2400 miles and is offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, two key fobs, factory floor mats, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in special-order Meissen Blue with a black soft top. Exterior equipment includes bi-xenon headlights as well as side air intakes, double roll hoops, a rear spoiler, rear parking sensors, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear diffuser. Factory 20″ Spyder wheels are finished in Satin Black Platinum and are mounted with Dunlop tires that measure 245/35 in front and 295/30 at the rear. Stopping power is provided by Porsche sport brakes with red-finished calipers at all four corners. The cockpit features 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus trimmed in black leather and Race-Tex upholstery with contrasting red stitching that extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. A multifunction steering wheel frames a yellow-dial tachometer and 200-mph speedometer as well as a digital display screen. A stopwatch is centrally mounted on the dashboard. Added delivery photos from June 2023. Car is mint and loved. It is impossible to order another Spyder in PTS as the run is completed, only Spyder RS is available which carries a $50-75K ADM on a MSRP price of $160,700. Since the divesture from VW, Porsche only allows PTS for the first half of the year, which makes PTS allocations exceedingly hard.

Thanks for all the bids folks. For the record, I ordered this car with carbon buckets and PDLS+ but both were not available due to supply chain. The PDK is so Mrs. ipsec feels comfortable. I'll re-valuate market and circle back with next steps.

@Fordgt it actual does rev match on the downshift. It’s the same transmission behavior as the 992.
@sanjay112, I have a 992 911 with PDK and it has rev matching when you use the paddles to down shift.

Great tip: Never put your phone/camera on the tarmac when recording start-ups/take offs; the reverb make the engine sound like a busted down '68 F150. Beautiful car by the way! :-)
