Now available is this 2001 Porsche 996 Turbo Coupe finished in Polar Silver Metallic. Representing the model’s inaugural year, this 2001 996 Turbo features a 6-speed manual gearbox connected to a race-derived Mezger engine. It also came optioned with a Boxster Red Special Leather interior featuring Exclusive aluminum trim. Said to have spent the majority of its life tucked away in climate-controlled storage while being routinely started and driven for mechanical exercise, this Turbo shows just over 26k miles on the odometer and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
This Turbo comes finished in Polar Silver Metallic and highlights distinctive wide fenders, side air intakes, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. The seller notes a few minor chips on the front end as well as some scraping on the underside of the front spoiler, detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report. This 996 rides on factory 18” Turbo Twist wheels with colored Porsche center crests and Bridgestone Potenza tires dated from 2013.
Inside, the Boxster Red Special Leather interior features Exclusive aluminum instrument dials as well as leather and aluminum trim for the shift knob and handbrake handle. The cabin is said to remain very well preserved apart from some minor scratches around the ignition slot and scuffs on the door sills. Factory features include the Digital Sound Package, automatic climate control, power windows, self-dimming mirrors with an integrated rain sensor, and an AM/FM Radio with a 6-disc CD changer. All lights, gauges, and accessories are said to be functioning properly.
This 996 is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six Mezger engine rated at 415 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque. The CARFAX report shows a long service history dating as far back as 2004, and the seller notes that there are no outstanding maintenance items at this time.

@Bigdino lines have not been pined or welded since vehicle has not been stressed or tracked in it's lifetime. DME report was not able to be conducted by Porsche of Naples due to PIWIS Tester not updated, they can only access 996 with PIWIS 1.

@vengerider @Sberger6 hydraulic rams are working fine, we will post a video of it, clutch accumulator recently replaced we have the service records, no issues with the window regulators, windows operate as per designed.

@mhog it’s definitely a legitimate question. 3-6 mil is a big spread in my experience. But I’m not here to inform you or argue. You ask your questions and I’ll ask mine.

Vehicle has never been in a collision, or had any paint work done. a few normal paint chips here and there which are documented on images. paint reading are within realm of reason of factory paint. ranges between 3-6 all around the vehicle.
