2K-Mile 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4

The Porsche Cayman GT4 is known for its outstanding performance abilities, unique design, and limited production numbers.  No one ever thought that Porsche would put the 911 engine into a Cayman, making the GT4 one of the most anticipated models of all-time.  Due to the high demand when new, the car was originally purchased for $20k over MSRP at Porsche of the Main Line.  The car is showing only 2,426 miles and is now ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.

The sleek Jet Black Metallic paint is stated to be in like-new condition with no flaws to report.  Paint protection film covers the entire front nose with a Ceramic-Pro coating applied to the entire vehicle. The GT4 featured factory enhancements such as a revised front bumper with integrated air vents, dual center exhaust tips, and an iconic factory rear wing.

Behind the 20" black powder coated GT4 wheels you will find a set of Porsche Carbon Ceramic Brakes (PCCB) that give this GT4 tremendous stopping ability.  This was a $7,500 option when new.

The sporty black leather interior is in like-new condition with no flaws.  The factory sport bucket seats are perfectly contrasted with yellow accents and genuine carbon fiber.  You will continue to find yellow stitching, carbon fiber, and Alcantara throughout the cabin, including the center console and dashboard.  The $113k MSRP included additional factory options such as:

  • Full bucket seats
  • Carbon Ceramic Brakes
  • Sport Chrono package
  • Bluetooth connectivity
  • XM Radio
  • Racing Yellow seatbelts
  • Fire extinguisher
  • 2-zone automatic climate control
  • Light design package
  • Auto-dimming mirrors

A full list of options is available in the photo gallery.

The GT4 features a mid-platform 911S engine and is considered by many to be the ultimate Porsche track car.  The 3.8L flat-six engine produces 385HP and is connected to a 6-speed manual transmission that comes standard on the Cayman GT4.  The seller states that this car has never been tracked and all service is up-to-date.

The sale will come with a clean Carfax, original window sticker, recent service records, factory books, and 2 keys.  Don’t miss your opportunity to own the ultimate iteration of the Porsche Cayman.

@gesmith55 hello. I we do not have a DME in hand, however, the previous owner did show me a copy of one done by a potential buyer prior to trading it in to us. The car was traded in by the original owner who we know personally and is a collector who sparingly drives his cars and shows them at local events. The car has never been on the track, not even once. We don’t have info on the emissions question that you are asking, however, we just had the car at a NY emissions station in Fri and it passed with no issue. I would check with Porsche regarding any recalls since I wouldn’t want to misguide you. Thanks for the interest.

Sorry I’m late to the party, just learned about this site. A few questions: Can the recent DME report be posted? Any info on failed emissions in 3/2018 per the Carfax? The build is 10/2015, which is outside the transmission recall, correct?

    Thanks

@rdulskis Hi, no CPO as the seller bought the car new from Porsche with 55 miles. He traded the car in to us. There should still be remaining original factory warranty. Hope this helps.

@991gt3 we appreciate the feedback, the sellers (all who are attending events in CA) requested that these be extended. We felt considering the activity and the focus of a majority of enthusiasts attending these events that it was a fair request. You still have plenty of time to bid if you would like. Thank you.

Does this car have a CPO? Expiration?

This auction was supposed to end in 7 hours and I was planning on bidding ... you may have just lost my attention by extending it 4 extra days.

@Scoop that’s correct. It was never used for the track, and yes all who know about this car know that it is a purpose built track car. We inspected it from top to bottom and there are no signs of track use including a flawless DME report. If you are a serious party who is interested I will welcome an independent inspection prior to you bidding if you would like. Thanks.

    Never tracked? Really??
This car was made for “the track”! It has a fire extinguisher in front of the passenger seat... which screams “take me racing!”
