Available for auction is an authentic 1990s 29’ Porsche dealership sign. The seller states this sign was removed from Wyoming Vally Porsche in Pennsylvania and has been in storage since. The sign was recently converted to LED for efficient and cooler running temperatures as one of the original neon tubes was broken when acquired by the seller.
All of the neon tubes aside from the broken "E" and transformers (2) have been retained should the winner want them.

This stunning example measures a total of 29 feet when spaced correctly. Each letter measures 46” long, 24” tall, and 5”. The plastic on the letter faces are all original and in overall great condition aside from one crack on the "E" and two cracks on the "P". Upon the LED conversion, the cracks were properly and professionally sealed by the sign company, and are now strong as new.

The original individual supports for the neon tubes were left as is inside the letters to help verify the sign's originality and authenticity. The LEDs are powered by two new power supply units. Don’t miss your opportunity to own an authentic piece of vintage Porsche dealership and advertising history. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and fees.

As this auction is in its last few hours, keep in mind that the original neon tubes that fit inside the letters will be included if you want them (except the E as it was damaged), and the original two sections of steel mounting boxes (one is approx 20’ and the other is approx 10’) will also be included. These mounting boxes contain the two original transformers to illuminate the neon tubes.
There are lots of newer LED signs available, but the real original neon signs are a rarity.

Hello, and welcome to the last few hours of my auction. Thanks to @vintage911racer, @v_rossi46, @MILESAHEADPORSCHE, @Mgmatzek01, and @Argill100 for the bids.
I didn't mention it, but shipping is quite easy for this sign, as then can be packed into one wooden crate for the journey. I also travel quite a bit on the East coast and I can easily bring them with me for delivery I usually travel as far west as Chicago and down to Atlanta, and everything East of that. I also want to mention the two cracks I mentioned earlier. These are quite hard to notice, and can only bee seen about 4-5 feet away from the letters they are in. If you are standing at a distance further than that, they can not be noticed. They also can not be noticed when the sign is illuminated. Good luck to anyone bidding today, and bid to win!!!

To give an idea of size of this sign, I left a DeWalt drill in photo #39 to accurately show how large this is.

@Spyder34 I will post the backs later today when I get to the shop. They were originally all connected to two long channels that held the transformers also. I still have all of that, and will go with the sale, and we’ll as the original neon letters (except the E). In my opinion, it’s a cleaner and easier install by just attaching the letters to the wall, as they only weigh about 10 - 12 each.

Can you post a few pics of the backside of the letters? Are the letters all connected by a channel at the top or are they hung individually? Roughly how much does 1 letter weigh?
