Available for auction is a rare and original Mercedes-Benz illuminated dealership sign. This complete sign measures 20’ feet in length (two 10’ sections) by 32 1/2"and was removed from Plaza Mercedes in Creve Coeur, MO. The seller states the mounting boxes to attach the sign to a wall are present. The sign was in working condition when removed by the dealership to update to the newer white letters Mercedes-Benz uses. The photo below with the sign illuminated is the actual sign in operation. 
Dealership advertisements and signs are difficult to come by because the dealerships are instructed to destroy them when removed, but this one slipped through the cracks. If you are a collector of Mercedes Benz, don’t miss out on a chance to own this rare original item. The seller advises that delivery will be possible from Buffalo, NY to Atlanta in the next few weeks and to contact them using the contact seller function to discuss before bidding if you want to take advantage of that.
