Available for auction is a set of 15" BBS Mahle wheels. This set of 15″ BBS Mahle reverse-staggered wheels, plus a spare, are intended for late 1970s Porsche cars. The wheels, finished in gold with machined lips, are in excellent condition and have been the recent recipients of a thoughtful restoration.
The wheels are, as advertised by BBS, of a single-piece counter-pressure construction. Each wheel is finished in silver with a gold-painted center, complete with a center cap. Casting marks read, "MAHLE - BBS", part no. 2900884 and 2900892, and 8Jx15H2-ET10.6 and 9Jx15H2-ET-2.1. They are dated 1977 with the spare front dated 1978.
The markings on faces and backs are of various visibility. These wheels are ideal for a 911ST build though can be used on a flare-fender SC, Carrera or RS. Included with this sale are 3x 8in wheels, 2x 9in wheels and 5x center caps.
