This car was sold new at Sewickley Porsche of Pennsylvania and eventually made its way to New York. With just 15,000 miles on the odometer, this iconic sports car is being offered in excellent condition by an avid Porsche collector.
The beautiful and fully original Carrara White paint on this GT3 is stated to be in like-new condition. Paint Protection film covers the front of the vehicle as well as both fenders and mirrors. Striking Martini Racing graphics (easily removable) and custom powder coated satin black 19” OEM center lock wheels truly make this car one-of-a kind. These attractive wheels are wrapped in new Michelin Pilot Sport S2 tires. A repeat Concours winner, this GT3 is truly immaculate.
Inside, this GT3 is finished in beautiful black leather and Alcantara. This car retains desirable carbon fiber sport bucket seats and boasts an $118,150 build sheet including options like Sport Chrono, Sound Package Plus, and Dynamic Cornering Headlights. In 2009, the .2 iteration of the 997 GT3 received extensive updates making it even more competitive than it’s predecessor. This car sports an upgraded 3.8L flat-six engine mated to a desirable 6-speed manual transmission. This visceral and highly sought after drivetrain sends 435HP to the rear wheels, rocketing this 997 to 60 in approximately 4 seconds. Porsche has issued a top speed of 193 mph, however, many drivers claim this car is capable of over 200 mph.
