DEAL TANK: 2014 Porsche 911 GT3

This 2014 GT3 has a unique story, is very well-equipped and is an excellent opportunity to own a car in this segment.  Under Lemon Law, the original engine of this vehicle was replaced as per a recall by Porsche.   Still retaining the correct spec, a brand new 3.8L flat-six engine was installed and mated to it's original 7-Speed PDK Transmission.  The car produces 475HP and 325 lb-ft of torque, all while having no modifications besides a center muffler bypass.  Many factory options are included and some of the most noteworthy are the ceramic composite brakes (PCCB), carbon interior package, Guards Red stitching and much more as seen on the build sheet in the gallery photos.

Finished in Agate Grey metallic, the car currently has 24,488 miles and is in excellent condition inside and out.  A scuff mark on the front lip spoiler is noted in the gallery as well as a slight scuff on the front bumper, which is protected by paint protection film.  This car has protection film over many additional panels including the hood, fenders, lights, door bottoms, and roof.

The rich black leather and Alcantara interior is accompanied by many unique factory options such as the red stitching, full leather on dash and doors, and red dials all complemented by the highly desirable Carbon Fiber interior package.

A recall of 2014 GT3's manufactured between October 19, 2013 and January 16, 2014 resulted in many units having the motor replaced.  The motor in the vehicle being offered here was replaced at 400 miles, according to the seller. As a result, a “Lemon Law” brand is present on the title.

This GT3 is being sold in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition with an accident-free and damage-free Carfax.  The car has received a recent oil change within the past month.  The sale will come with the original books and both keys.

  • nwGTS 1 monthago

@Barone83 that’s the engine type. Same for all 991.1 GT3s. Engine code/serial is after that on the underside of the deck lid and passenger door jamb.

Very nice! A brand new engine from Porsche? What would this sell for if no stories? This one could be a good move.

    Thanks

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 months, 1 weekago

It was branded because it was at the dealer for a long period of time because the motor was being produced

  • KayaknFly 2 months, 1 weekago

Ok. But why is this one branded and the others with engines replaced aren’t?

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 months, 1 weekago

It’s the same as a clean title car.

  • KayaknFly 2 months, 1 weekago

Do all the early 991 GT3’s have a branded title? I’ve seen many cars for sale with the engine replaced but never with the buyback title.... usually just replaced under warranty.
Anyone know if buyback/lemon titles make loans and/or insurance harder to get?

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 months, 1 weekago

The car does carry the 100,000 mile warranty and yes I believe the car did have a white graphic on it

  • ferraribrit 2 months, 1 weekago

After the buyback, does the engine carry the 100,000 mile warranty as the other GT3 engines?

  • Joemiller17 2 months, 1 weekago

Was there a graphics package on this car previously?

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 months, 1 weekago

    I don't believe any

  • Joonas 2 months, 1 weekago

    Track miles?

  • Ace2777 2 months, 1 weekago

Edit. Found the sold section ?

  • Ace2777 2 months, 1 weekago

These auctions are too cryptic and leave out a lot of critical data.
It would also be nice to have access to the prices on prior action sales. To create a baseline etc.
lemon law title on a GT3??

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 months, 1 weekago

Can the seller provide the new engine letter designation? i.e. E1/0/F/G?

  • PCARMARKET 1 month, 4 weeksago

@the_vetman Hi, we did contact you but did not see a response. We just sent you a follow up email. Apologies for the confusion.

  • Barone83 (seller) 1 month, 4 weeksago

@the_vetman I am 100% the owner. I’m not sure how to find that out to be honest

  • the_vetman 1 month, 4 weeksago

Are you the owner or facilitator of PCARMARKET or the actual owner of the car? I was one of the bidders on the GT3. Someone from PCARMARKET emailed me to see if a deal could be closed. I replied with some of the things that would need to happen for that to become likely. Haven't heard from him since. In days. Do you know what series engine is in the car? e.g. E, F, G.

  • Barone83 (seller) 1 month, 4 weeksago

I have the maintenance records from Porsche

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 monthsago

@Banango @Banango, tomorrow I will go to my local dealer and get all the history from Porsche. Will that make people more at ease.

  • Banango 2 monthsago

PPI at a dealership will likely tell a great deal to ease the concerns of buyers and provide Porsche’s records for the car, filling in gaps. Just a thought.

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 monthsago

@Marioparty it was a lemon buy back because it sat at the dealer to get a new motor from Porsche. The only records I have is mine unfortunately but the car was well maintained

  • Marioparty 2 monthsago

Car is sexy af and do you've got all the service records and why it was a lemon buy back. dream car but you only have the car fax smhh

  • Barone83 (seller) 2 monthsago

I have owned it since the end of November but never got that info sorry. It just got an oil change from elite Motorsports on Long Island

  • labriesrjj 2 monthsago

Disappointing that Seller has no data about this GT-3's maintenance history.
