The Turbo S has been the pinnacle model for Porsche since the mid 1970’s. Today, the Turbo S is coveted for its ability to be the super car that can be driven daily. Up for auction is a 1-owner 2016 Turbo S which has been driven only 2,495 miles since new. The car is finished in Guards Red over a black leather interior and as you can see, is in virtually brand-new condition.
The exterior paint is stated to be in like new condition with only one minor scratch noted on the lip spoiler and a slight nick on the right front wheel. The hood, fenders, front bumper, and mirrors are covered in paint protection film.
The black leather interior is also in like new condition and with an MSRP of over $200K, is very generously equipped. Some factory options include: Heated sport seats with leather backs, red deviated stitching, Guards Red instrument dials, Porsche crests in headrests, Alcantara sport design steering wheel, illuminated carbon fiber door-sills, Burmester infotainment package, and much more. The Turbo S is powered by a 3.8-liter direct-injected turbocharged flat-six, creating an enormous 560 horsepower (40HP over the standard Turbo). Power is managed effortlessly by the lightening quick double-clutch PDK transmission and propels the car to 60 mph in a blazing 2.6 seconds. At the time of its release, Road & Track magazine named it the most aggressive launching production car they’ve ever tested.
Handing is enhanced by Porsche Stability Management (PSM) along with 20” center lock Porsche wheels that are wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero tires. Stopping the car are race bread ceramic breaks (6-piston calipers front, 4-piston calipers rear).
The car is stated to be in perfect running condition and retains the remainder of its 4 year/50,000 mile factory new car warranty. A clean Carfax, all books, and keys will be included with the sale.
