@Driveologist according to @Autotrend they will not fit factory wide body 964 turbo
I understand the fit on 964 and 993. Will these fit a 964 Turbo?
Bid in the amount of $4,930
Bid in the amount of $4,000
Bid in the amount of $3,500
@startfinish That certainly is another way to change the overall specs on 3-piece wheels. However, in doing so by changing the barrels, you changed 2/3 of the wheel and rendered the current barrels to the shelf.
These are all things a person need to evaluate for themselves and make their own decision as to the cost vs reward.
These are genuine Speedline rims guys - and they are in excellent condition and awesome! Look at the last 3 pics to see how great they look on my '81 930.
Bid in the amount of $1,930
@Autotrend you would be better off stepping them down with smaller lips and barrels rather than shaving the centers.
@Aiello11 No. Unfortunately, not even close. 3-5mm are the normal parameters that the backpads can be milled on wheels, and still be considered safe. You need a difference 40mm more than that.
Bid in the amount of $1,000
@Autotrend can i assume that these could be shaved to allow flush fitment with a 993
@Wrestler1 yes these will definitely fit a 1987 930 Turbo. They came of an 81 930 Turbo (pictured)
@Autotrend is correct. These will stick out on a wide body 993. I have a 993 C4S wide body that I run 11" wide rear wheels with 315 tires. The wheels are 52 et and I use 5mm spacers fir a net 47 et. They look perfect. A wheel with 5mm offset will be way past the fender lip.
@ auto trend, appreciate your information very much
I have actually spoke with you I believe via telephone and certainly through emails regarding your Wheels. in my interest in some
I am concerned about the offset listed on the rear of these good looking wheels 5
My 2003 Porsche 996 TwinTurbo is the car that I was considering using these wheels with
With these wheels fit at 87 / 930 turbo
i have been selling 3 piece wheels since 1981. these rear offsets will never fit anything other than a first gen 930 turbo or the equivalent m491 turbo look car. i am the owner of auto trend tire and wheel. people are asking for clarity so these are the facts on a 993 or 964, 996 these will stick out of the fenders with any factory wide/turbo body.
BK to the fullest :)
thanks,I am also in Brooklyn
@Albertnigri yes will fit your 993 wide body :)
@sportscarguy3 hi yes the ET numbers are offset 5 mm and 31 mm. Will fit wide body
Hi Seller, Do you ,or anyone else watching this auction, know if these will fit my 98 993 c2s coupe which is a wide body? Thank you
Good morning all
Just finding these speed line wheels for Porsche
Seller, or anyone knowledgeable, wondering about fitment on my 2003 Porsche 996 TwinTurbo
Not sure if the ET numbers listed here are the offset or another reference
Seller, please confirm the offsets of the front in the rear please
Good luck all
Wow these are gorgeous. They would look great on a charcoal/ dark gray 930. Or any car they fit on actually. Wish they fit my car.
