Up for auction is this low-mileage and highly-original 1973 Porsche 911 T finished in Ivory over a black leatherette interior. For 26 years, this example has been stored in a garage until recently being acquired by the current owner. Since then, the car has been brought back to the exceptionally clean and original look that you see today. This 911T now resides in Escondido, CA and is being offered by the seller with 20k miles showing on the odometer.
According to the seller, the Light Ivory paint is in original condition apart from a new application of paint to the rear quarter panels and deck lid. Given the long period in storage, the exterior of the car remains in excellent condition and presents very nicely with no areas of concern. The car is optioned with a desirable rear window wiper and sits on factory 15” Fuchs wheels that come wrapped in Pirelli tires.
The classic black leatherette interior is stated to be in excellent, all-original condition. This unique example features an "S-trim" which includes rare sport seats that utilize more aggressive bolster support to hold the passengers in place during spirited driving. This 911 T retains its original 2.4L flat-six engine that delivers approximately 140 HP to the rear wheels via a 915 Sportomatic transmission.
