Up for auction is this rare MFI equipped air-cooled 2.4L flat-six engine sourced from a German-Market 1973 Porsche 911S (9113301397). This flat-six retains its Bosch Mechanical Fuel Injection (MFI) system and bears the serial number 6332184. Results from a recent leak-down test are posted in the photo gallery and the seller reports the crank to turn freely and smoothly. Originally paired with one of the last of the F-model 911's, this desirable engine will add classic performance and character to the application of your choosing. Also included is what the seller states to be the matching 915 gearbox from the same car though the transmission serial number is difficult to decipher due to wear.

@Markthom67 Hi, as far as i'm aware the engine was running prior to its removal from the car. The leak down test does indicate to some extent that the engine is healthy. Thanks!
