One of 528 examples sold in the United States for the 1974 model year, this Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe is finished in Black and came factory equipped without a sunroof and features optional gold Carrera script decals, a ducktail rear spoiler, 15” Fuchs wheels, and a fuel-injected 2.7-liter flat-six engine. This 911 was reportedly kept within the original owner’s family until it was purchased by the selling dealer in 2018. Accompanied by a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, this Carrera is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.

This non-sunroof Coupe was previously refinished in its original Black (A1) paint color and fitted with replacement gold Carrera script graphics as specified by the factory. It features an optional ducktail rear spoiler derived from the iconic 911 Carrera RS as well as a front chin spoiler, chrome headlight rings, bright silver window trim, a driver’s side mirror, a fender-mounted antenna, pop-out rear quarter windows, and 15” Fuchs wheels dressed in Pirelli tires.

Inside, this Carrera features black partial leather upholstery with matching carpets and a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel. Accessories include manually adjustable front bucket seats, three-point seatbelts, power windows, a quartz clock, an under-dash air-conditioning system, and an aftermarket JVC stereo.

An air-cooled and fuel-injected 2.7-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 175 HP and 167 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 5-speed 915 manual transaxle. The seller notes an oil change was completed in October 2022 and new shifter and sway bar bushings were installed in September 2022.

This sale will include recent service records, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, and a clean title.

@salehakc313 It is a great car. The pictures on the gallery of the undercarriage is what we have.

  • salehakc313 (registered bidder) 2 monthsago

@AirCooledLife Do you have pictures of undercarriage panels? Want to see it's unibody with no rust repairs. Car seem to be clean are great.

  • salehakc313 (registered bidder) 2 monthsago

Will be there any extra dealer fee besides winning bid price? Because winning bid will already pay PCM service fee here in few thousands. Does not really make any sense if dealer fee is added.. @AirCooledLife

@jfcowell Yes, The Ducktail is original. I will be posting pictures of the underside of it shortly.

@993NA75 we saw the other car on the market. Ours is a matching number engine and matching number transmission. The COA show the numbers and there are pictures in the gallery of the actual engine number and trans number as well as undercarriage pictures showing the condition from below.

  • AirCooledLife (seller) 2 monthsago

@eurocol Thank you for your interest in our vehicle. The wheels on the car are the original wheels. I have service records from the 70's, 80's, 90's plus what we have done while having it in our collection. The spare tire and Jack are there but no tools. We do not have the original books. I am taking the car out now to take the pictures requested and add a couple of videos.

  • 993NA75 (registered bidder) 2 monthsago

    Very nice Carrera!
Porsche (Tucson) has a similar car (3.6L engine) marketed at $140k.
This auction has a long way to go.
If the bottom looks as good as the top, this would be a great investment that you could actually drive and show.
    Very interested.

  • Bruce914 (registered bidder) 2 monthsago

Any pre paint pics? Curious if there was any rust issues or just faded paint? Overall nice looking.

  • analogmike (registered bidder) 2 months, 1 weekago

looks like it came with black wheels in six and 7 inch, would look great with seven and 8 inch gold wheels.

  • wyoland (registered bidder) 2 months, 1 weekago

seller what an amazing car, in picture 86 is that part of the AC ? do you have any photos of the passenger side toe access board removed ? wondering how the system is going into the cab i have seen multiple ways it has been done also wondering if the wheels in black are factory color i thought the Carrera stripe color matches the wheels meaning the wheels would be gold. thanks again

  • Adamsadd (registered bidder) 2 months, 1 weekago

Looks like a nice car but no VIDEOS? - This car has potential but without videos (Walk around, cold start, driving) you are keeping a lot of perspective buyers away!
