Up for auction is this fully restored 1987 Land Rover 110 Soft-Top finished in Tan over a custom leather interior.  Beginning as a standard European-market example, this 110 was sent to Unique Masterpieces in Portugal to undergo an extensive restoration process over the course of several months.  This long-wheelbase 110 model has been refurbished to as-new standards and fitted with a painstakingly crafted custom leather interior.  It was imported to the United States in 2018 with just over 2k kilometers (1240 miles) driven since the restoration.  As previously listed on PCARMARKET, this 110 is now being offered by its seller in Florida accompanied by import documentation and a clean title.

The body of this 110 was completely dismantled, stripped down, and professionally painted in Tan.  All new OEM exterior trim was also installed along with a new brown canvas soft top with roll-up windows.  The original look of the vehicle has been preserved and all necessary accessories have been equipped to comply with U.S. road safety standards.  Other features include color-matched steel wheels with Goodyear Wrangler tires, a full-size rear-mounted spare, Land Rover mudflaps, and manually operated air vents under the front windshield.

Inside, the cabin has been completely reupholstered in luxurious tan leather with hand-sewn square patterns and contrasting seat piping.  This 110 features 6 opposing folding rear jump seats, manually adjustable front seats, cup holders, an armrest storage cubby, and modern safety belts.  All gauges and accessories are reported to be fully functional. The odometer currently shows over 63k kilometers, of which just over 2k are said to have been added since the restoration.

The original naturally aspirated 12J 2.5L inline-four-cylinder engine was completely overhauled during the restoration along with the drivetrain, suspension, and braking systems.  Power is sent to all four wheels through a 4-speed manual gearbox and an LT230 transfer case with a 1.6 gear ratio.  There have been no performance modifications made in an effort to preserve a nostalgic and visceral driving experience, and this example remains like-new for its next owner.

This sale will include one set of keys, a clean title, a restoration invoice, and import documentation.  Restored to exceptional standards with an unprecedented level of craftsmanship, this 110 is the perfect 4x4 for any vintage automotive enthusiast.

@racerrick picture with frame number (matching the import papers and the VIN) will be added to the galley. Thanks for your comments and question.

@racerrick yes it's the original matching numbers frame on this D110.

This is very nice. I have a 66 109 five door that was updated with all Defender running gear and frame - the only thing I don't like is that it has a roof, I'd love to go topless. Engine bay looks super tidy and the interior looks great. Is this the original frame? GLWA
