Up for auction is this 1987 Porsche 928 S4 with a desirable manual transmission. The Porsche 928 was originally intended to replace the 911, but instead, found it’s own niche as Porsche’s iconic grand tourer. This example was purchased new in New York where it would spend most of its life before being transported to Ontario, Canada in January of 2014. It is stated to be in excellent original condition and shows 71k miles on the odometer.
Stated to be all original, the sleek black paint is in excellent overall condition with only minor signs of road-going wear including a small removable ding on the roof and a few small rock chips. All factory stickers are stated to be present on the concurring body panels, some of which are viewable in the photo gallery. Currently installed are a set of 16” factory S4 wheels that wear a set of Kumho tires. An additional set of 993 wheels (17", 7" Front x 9" Rear) will be included with the sale an no additional cost.
The original black leather interior is said to be in well above average condition with only a small area of staining on the drivers side floor and slight wear to the front seats. Factory interior options include: power/heated front seats, factory sunroof, 8-way speaker system, cruise control, and limited slip differential. In 2018, an air-conditioning conversion was performed and is stated to be in excellent working order. In addition, an upgraded Bluetooth head unit is installed in replacement of the original Blaupunkt Colorado radio which is also in perfect working order (the original radio is included with sale).
Power comes from a 5.0L V8 engine that produces 320HP and features the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Boosting performance on this S4 is an upgraded stainless steel MBRP performance muffler (the original is included with the sale). As you would expect form such a discerning owner, all service records are present for work performed on the car while under the seller’s ownership, including a timing belt and water pump replacement in 2018.
The sale will include a clean Carfax, all books, service records, and 3 keys.

@Raylev911 it was owned by a New York family from 87 to 2012 then owned by a Mercedes garage for a year and a half, then I purchased Nov 2013 , I'm the third owner

The ‘87 did not have a 5.4 motor. It was a5.0 liter.

@70Ripper I will be posting added photos today with the mileage clearly shown, also all the original paper work will be posted as well . When I imported the car from New York it only took an hour to process, very easy, Im sure importing back to the U.S would be just as easy.
