Marking the final evolution of the Porsche 944, the S2 model was launched in 1989 featuring a larger 3.0L 4-cylinder engine and revised styling from the Turbo model. Highlighting noteworthy options such as sport seats and a limited slip differential, this S2 is up-to-date on all service and is being offered in great running condition.
The Guards Red finish on this 944 is said to be in great condition with some minor roadgoing wear as can be seen in the photo gallery. This looks like a very nice Example, I’m not sure what's holding these S2 Cab prices back. The last couple 944 Cabs haven’t seen much love.

I would recommend getting your Alberta registration/miles fixed there or on carfax. It will kill your car's value due to the erroneous reporting.
