Up for auction is this 1991 Porsche 964 Carrera 2 Coupe.  The 964 coupe is considered by many to be one of the most desirable of all Air-Cooled Porsche models.  Blending traditional 911 design elements with a sporty yet comfortable ride quality, the 964 is not only a pleasure to look at, but a pleasure to drive.  The car started its life in Texas and eventually made its way to Miami, Florida where it currently resides.  This well documented 964 coupe  is being offered in excellent condition with only 48k miles on the odometer.

The classic Guards Red finish is true to its low mileage showing very minimal wear.  When new, the car was special ordered with heated mirrors and front headlight washer nozzles.  Giving this 964 its aggressive stance is an upgraded Bilstein suspension system.  This not only improves the look of the car, but significantly increases handling capabilities.  Also installed are a set of Cup I wheels that are wrapped in new Toyo Proxes R888R tires.

The beige and black leather interior is stated to be in excellent condition with minimal wear.  The photo gallery is a true testament to how well cared for this car has been.  A few noteworthy factory options include automatic cruise control, 8-speaker stereo system, 2+2 split folding rear seats, and automatic climate control.  Mounted in front of the desirable 5-speed manual shifter are controls for the power door locks and active aero spoiler.

The original 3.6L M64 flat-six engine produces 250HP and 228 ft/lb of torque and is paired to a G50 manual transmission.  Both the sound and performance of this 964 are enhanced thanks to the upgraded exhaust system.  Upon opening the engine compartment, you will find an eye-catching custom carbon fiber intake housing box.  Recently undergoing more than $5,000 in preventative maintenance and an engine reseal, the car is up-to-date on all service and ready to be enjoyed.  Additional recent service items included new brake fluid, new front brake rotors, new clutch, new transmission tail housing with all bushings and gaskets, and a new OEM Porsche windshield.

The sale will include a window sticker, COA, documentation service receipts, all books, and keys.
