Finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over Cobalt Blue full leather upholstery, this 1991 Porsche 964 Turbo was originally sold in Europe featuring optional heated seats trimmed in supple leather. The car has also been fitted with a roll bar, 18” Speedline-style wheels, and upgraded Brembo “Big Red” brakes. Recently imported from France to Canada, this 964 is now being offered for auction showing approximately 136k kilometers (84k miles) on the odometer.
This 964 was ordered in Midnight Blue Metallic (L37W), a premium paint color introduced for the 1991 model year. Equipment includes European-market bumpers and lighting, red-painted brake calipers, a sunroof, rear window wiper, a small roof-mounted aftermarket antenna, and 18” Speedline-style wheels with Porsche crested center caps and Bridgestone Potenza S-02A tires. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Cobalt Blue (VF) full leather upholstery including matching carpets and optional heated supple leather seats. A bolt-in roll bar has been fitted in the rear and the radio has been removed with a block-off cover in its place.
Derived from its predecessor, the 3.3-liter engine of the 964 Turbo was updated with a larger turbocharger and intercooler as well as a new intake and exhaust system. As much as 315 HP and 332 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels by way of a 5-speed G50/52 manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. Modifications to this example include red-painted lower valve covers, a red-painted engine fan, a custom polished/painted intercooler, and upgraded Brembo “Big Red” brakes which are shared with the Turbo 3.6 version. Some maintenance records are available from prior ownership and a compression test was recently performed by VAG Motorsport showing 130-135psi across all cylinders.

@Wcl4 a lot of mileage with the interior color of the cabin… it is really Blue. Maybe the assessor was colorblind. Like the car. Under sun / neon, it’s iridescent like electric blue. After sunset; it will look like it’s black. In any situation: iT’s Gorgeous.

@daspence76 TYVM for asking. I’ll upload documents in less than 60 mns. When this package is installed at the dealership before delivery, The car becomes a 965S: The Designation makes the Certificate/ title. You will not become Owner of a Regular 964 Turbo. But owner of a 965S, on Speedlines for Porsche.
Can you please list the details of what gives this the X33 designation you state? You said it was done after it left the factory. Is there any supporting paperwork?

@Wcl4 Yes, it does look like the link you provided. Maybe photographer took a lense that transform a blue into dark black, but it’s blue, matching exterior perfectly. I have no evidence that harness was replaced. Compression test is Right On. Car is perfect. Decades of Pure Bliss Ahead. Weapon of Massive Construction. My prediction: Outrunning inflation Big Time. Like Buying a Ferrari GTO late seventies when they were at 250000$

I asked my Son Why, according to Him, the Black one generated more interest. He said because : all 964 Turbo enthusiasts want the car in ‘BadBoy’… as simple as that! I said Really!? @AlexBert For the avoidance of doubt, please post a new, unedited video without any music that begins with a cold start at the rear of the car (touch the muffler or x-pipe) and then walk into the car, drive for a few minutes and row through all the gears. Appreciate the responsiveness and help here.

@Msolei I’ll dig the radio/head unit. Quite frankly I was so mesmerized and flabbergasted by the Work-of Art from All angle, and the Sound and the Hips, that I didn’t pay attention to the radio. I personally never open the radio in a 911. Zuffenhausen’s Flat-6 symphony outrun Beethoven in my book. So…. I will investigate anyway.
The car in the video has a radio/head unit - but the photos and description state that there isn’t one and that its blocked off. Is this the same car in the video? Where is the original radio?
