Up for auction is this 1994 Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo 2.   Imported from Japan by the seller in February of 2020, this Delta is stated to be one of only 220 examples finished in the combination of Giallo Ginestra over a Black Alcantara interior with Yellow stitching.  Built between 1993-1994 as the ultimate road-going version of Lancia’s championship rally car, the Evo 2 only recently became legal for import to the U.S. and is widely regarded by enthusiasts as one of the greatest hot-hatchbacks of all time.  This Delta Integrale is now being offered in very nice overall condition by its seller out of Texas with approximately 101k kilometers (62k miles) showing on the odometer.

The rare Giallo Ginestra paint is said to appear original and well-presented with a few minor chips and scratches noted throughout the exterior (detailed images are provided in the photo gallery).  The seller notes that all of the original etched Lancia glass has been retained.  Noteworthy features include flared fenders, an “HF” front grille with red outline, a rear hatch spoiler, and 16” Speedline alloy wheels that come dressed new in Yokohama S-Drive tires.

Inside, this Lancia is appointed with a Black Alcantara interior featuring deviated stitching in Yellow.  Inspired by rally racing, this Delta is factory equipped with a Momo steering wheel and bolstered Recaro sport seats.  The cabin is said to be in great shape with only minor signs of wear and the seller confirms all gauges and accessories to be working properly including an aftermarket stereo.

This Lancia carries a 2.0 L 16v inline 4-cylinder turbocharged engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. 212 HP and 229 lb.-ft of torque stock are distributed among all 4 wheels providing for excellent performance both on and off-road.  Some upgrades have been installed including high-quality Aragosta coilovers, an aftermarket Quick brand muffler, high output ignition wires, and aftermarket hoses for the turbo, intake, and radiator.  The timing belt is reported to have been replaced in Japan during 2018 and some other service items have been addressed more recently in 2020 including new wheel studs, lug nuts, a full alignment, a new uprated lower sump gasket, and a full oil service.  Approximately 800 miles have been driven since the car arrived in the U.S. and the seller indicates this Lancia to be in fantastic running order.

This sale will include a complete set of 3 keys, (ignition, locks, and gas cap), owner’s manuals, service records, and a clean Texas title.  For any enthusiast of vintage rally racing, this stunning Delta Integrale Evo 2 offers a very special opportunity.

This is a really great example, and GFMotorsports is renowned for bringing the best Deltas to the US. I split my time between Porsche and Lancia obsession and have owned three integrales across the 8v / 16v / Evo range. I still own one, but miss the other two. They co-exist very happily with their German garage mates, offering something very different but just as addictive and fun. There is a fantastic community of integrale owners and meet-up rallies here in the US. This Giallo is the perfect balance of collectible and drive-able. You won't lose on it and you'll smile everytime you see it or you're in the seat. Nice to see these on PCARMARKET. GLWA!

@GFMotorsports Thx for reply. Great car. You should do well here.

  • GFMotorsports (seller) 3 years, 5 monthsago

@MSQ they did not make these cars right had drive from the factory. Integrales are all left hand drive from the factory. The Euro headlights are easily obtained, (like all other service parts) from many sources. Most of us USA owners use the Lancia shops in the UK to get parts as there is no language barrier. Parts houses/shops in the UK that I have used with great success: Tanc Barratt, Delta Works ect.... Most of my parts arrive in less than 48 hours unless it is a large hard item to ship. There is also a very small but very active North American Lancia group on FB that is very helpful!

@GFMotorsports Thx for response. Some states are more strict than others esp with the high beam thing. Are any Euro (non UK) right hand drive headlights still available of this car?
Really nice car by the way.

  • GFMotorsports (seller) 3 years, 5 monthsago

@MSQ this headlights will work and pass inspection in the USA, it has passed inspection in Texas. There was never a USA market car. There were Euro and JDM market headlights, they were slightly different due to the laws in Japan at the time. This car was sold new in Japan so it has the JDM headlights from the factory.

  • MSQ (registered bidder) 3 years, 5 monthsago

since these are JDM headlights - are US headlights still available for this car in order to get it to pass inspection in some states?

  • GFMotorsports (seller) 3 years, 5 monthsago

I am here to answer questions if anyone has them. We love these cars! Happy bidding!
