We are pleased to present this 1996 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta. Finished in the traditional combination of Rosso Corsa over a tan leather interior, this 1996 example showcases a gated 6-speed manual transmission connecting the driver to a naturally aspirated V8 engine. Having recently undergone nearly $15k worth of service including a timing belt replacement, this F355 is now being offered by its seller in Florida while showing approximately 23k miles on the odometer.
The iconic Rosso Corsa paint is said to be in excellent condition except for a small retouched area indicated near where the roof meets the rear fender (detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX). A 4-year ceramic coating treatment was recently applied over the entire car and the seller suspect the front hood to have been refinished at some point under previous ownership. Some features include Pininfarina-designed bodywork, Scuderia fender shields, and factory 18” 5-spoke wheels.
The tan leather interior features a black dashboard, drilled aluminum pedals, carbon fiber trim on the center console, and a gated 6-speed manual shifter. A recent invoice shows a $2,450 charge for the re-covering of the seats as well as a servicing and repair of the air conditioning system. All gauges and accessories are said to be fully functional and the cabin is said to be in great shape.
This Berlinetta is equipped with a mid-mounted 3.5 L V8 DOHC engine featuring dry-sump lubrication and an output of 375 HP. A highly sought after 6-speed manual gearbox drives the rear wheels, allowing for a 0-60 time of approximately 4.3 seconds and a top speed of nearly 190 MPH. Approximately $15k was recently invested in mechanical service including the replacement of the left inner CV boot and a major overhaul including a new timing belts, tensioners, gaskets, spark plugs, fluids, and filters. Are the windows tinted in purple? The sides and front appear to be purple, however the back window appears to be tinted in red? Am I color blind? Please advise
@jbauto I want to clarify that the carbon in the center console is not a wrap, it is carbon fiber, aftermarket. No sticky on the air conditioning vents . The car is really in excellent condition.Thanks .
