Introduced in October 2000, the third-generation BMW M3 was based on the E46 3-Series chassis and featured a new S54 inline-six engine with an output of up to 333 HP. Initially delivered to Ralph Schomp BMW in Littleton, Colorado, this M3 comes finished in Titanium Silver Metallic over Black Nappa leather upholstery. It features a 6-speed manual transmission, the Premium Package, and a Harmon Kardon Sound System. Having remained with its original owner until the selling dealer’s acquisition in 2023, this example is now being auctioned out of Pennsylvania with approximately 15k miles showing on the odometer.
The E46 M3 is visually distinguished from a contemporary 3-Series Coupe by its unique bumpers, round aerodynamic mirrors, front fender vents, side skirts, trunk lid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, and “power dome” hood. This 2002 example comes finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (354) with black Shadowline trim. It rides on 18” Style 67 M double-spoke wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Other equipment includes a glass sunroof, xenon headlights, integrated front fog lights, electric pop-out rear quarter windows, black kidney grilles, and clear turn signal lights. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior is upholstered in black Nappa leather and features M-Sport seats, matching door panels and carpeting, and Shadow Brushed Aluminum trim. A power moonroof, heated power-adjustable front seats with lumbar support and driver memory, rain-sensing windshield wipers and automatic headlight control are also included in the optional Premium Package. A Harmon Kardon Sound System was also opted for. M3-specific details include a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel with M stitching, specialized M instrumentation with warm-up lights, M3 door sill guards, and M3-branded floor mats. Amenities include Parking Distance Control and dual-zone automatic climate control. A blemish on the passenger door handle is noted.
Featuring individual throttle bodies and double-VANOS variable valve timing, the E46 M3 is equipped with a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six engine rated at 333 HP and 262 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed Getrag manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Dynamic Stability Control comes standard and stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes.
This sale will include a clean title and a window sticker.

@Trlbrk Good eye. Thanks for bringing that up.
we can get that gap tightened up
No accidents agree bumper alignment is slightly imperfect
I have bid on this car in this thread, and I’ bid up to over $40,000 on the BAT thread. I’ve been a serious contender. That said, I’ve now noticed something I missed the first couple of times. Photos 27 and 28. The grill on the left-hand side, passenger side, seems slightly out of alignment, at least as defined by the gaps between the hood and the grill. I don’t know if it’s an illusion because of the angle of the Camera shot, or what, but something doesn’t look quite right. It also seems like the gaps between the hood and the sides of the headlights on the right side versus the left side are different. There’s no reference of an accident in the Carfax report, but something seems ajar. If seller could provide photos to confirm or deny this statement, it would be helpful.
@Collectibleclassics Getting defensive and calling someone "peanut gallery" isn't a great look. Would've thought you learned your lesson on that the last 2 times. GLWS
Wow, talk about low miles! Best of luck to the seller.

@alert indeed, am well aware of those auctions. TY
I strongly urge any bidder to take a look at the multiple Bring A Trailer auctions of this car. I am not here to discourage any potential sale, but a buyer should be informed of the auction history of this car and the seller.
Bid in the amount of $12,595
Yes yes and yes I requested @pcarmarket to add them
Greetings seller.
A fine example, indeed. I’m not finding any photos of the engine bay or the undercarriage? Are you able to kindly provide some?
Are there any maintenance receipts from the original owner in Colorado?
Thank You.
