Unveiled at the 2004 Paris Motor Show, the F430 was offered as Ferrari’s flagship mid-engine sports featuring a naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8, “Skyhook” adaptive suspension, an E-Diff electronic limited-slip differential, and the Manettino drive mode selector. This 2007 example comes finished in Grigio Silverstone Metallic over tan leather upholstery and features an F1 automatic manual gearbox, Scuderia fender shields, yellow brake calipers, carbon fiber exterior and interior accents, Daytona-style seats, and more. Showing less than 21k miles on the odometer, this F430 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
Presenting Pininfarina-designed bodywork, the F430 boasts prominent air intakes, an integrated rear spoiler, a transparent engine cover, and an F1-inspired rear diffuser. This Spider is finished in Grigio Silverstone Metallic with a power-operated black convertible soft top. Details include Scuderia fender shields, yellow brake calipers, and a carbon fiber rear grille. The 19” split-spoke wheels come wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires from 2021 and 2022. Paint protection film covers the front bumper, fenders, and hood. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features tan leather upholstery with matching door panels and carpets complemented by a black dashboard and Ferrari logo floor mats. Equipment includes Daytona-style power-operated seats with blue contrast piping, a perforated leather and carbon fiber Manettino steering wheel, carbon fiber paddle shifters, a yellow central-mounted 10k-RPM tachometer, and leather-wrapped roll bars. Additional carbon fiber adorns the upper and lower driving zones, center console, and door sills. All gauges and accessories are confirmed to be in proper working order.
Power comes from a mid-mounted 32-valve quad-cam 4.3-liter V8 generating 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque stock. The rear wheels are driven by a 6-speed F1 automated manual transmission and an E-Diff active limited-slip differential, allowing the F430 to reach 60 MPH in approximately 4 seconds, with a claimed top speed of almost 200 MPH. The F430 is the first model to include Ferrari’s E-Diff electronic differential, which evenly distributes torque to the rear wheels. The F430 was also the first Ferrari to be equipped with the Manettino dial, allowing the driver to fine-tune driving characteristics including traction control, throttle response, E-diff function, and the adaptable Skyhook electronic suspension. Braking is handled by Brembo molybdenum-enforced four-piston calipers with cross-drilled cast iron rotors and Bosch electronic ABS. The seller adds that Fabspeed headers and a Tubi exhaust system have been fitted, and the CARFAX report shows a total of 15 service history entries.
This sale will include a clean title, two keys, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a battery charger, a car cover, and an air pump.
The seller would like you to know: “This is a very nice car owned by a long-term Ferrari club member.”

@Carsbringhappiness I have extensive service records, and none mention the need of a clutch except for one at 10k miles saying the measurement shows 3%wear. the last record was around 10k for top repair, window regulators and service. Brakes are fine as well.

I drove a 2006 F430 the everyday man Ferrari I bought it with 4500 miles drove it until it hit 27k miles just oil changes once a check engine light came on. Due to sitting in Vegas coming back from Golf on a hot day sensor went off . My life changed and now watching them. Great fun car
Would be a nice power upgrade from my yellow Ferrari 360, which is closing at the same time as this car.
If only it were yellow or red. Maybe we can do a swap if ours do not sell, and "Put some money in your pocket" and a smile on my face. I love these cars and find them so comfortable to drive with with the top down in any weather, without the wind whipping you as with most other convertibles. I think them to be the most beautiful of any cars
