This example is finished in Artic Silver Metallic and features a power-operated black soft top, bi-xenon headlamps, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, auto-dimming mirrors, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. It has been fitted with matte black rear Porsche lettering, clear side markers, and Carrera S-style quad exhaust tips. It rides on 19” Carrera S “Lobster Claw” wheels adorned with colored-crested wheel caps and in Sumitomo tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation, and the Bose High-End Sound Package.
Power comes from a replacement flat-six engine that was rebuilt to a 3.8-liter displacement featuring LN Engineering "Nickies" cylinder sleeves. The engine, installed in 2024, includes new pistons, valve springs, valve guides, battery cables, ignition coils, a FilterMAG oil filter, and a new IMS bearing. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission. The car is equipped with an additional OEM radiator, Porsche Stability Management (PSM), an automatic brake differential (ABD), and Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR). The seller adds that the brake pads and rotors were recently replaced, and the rebuilt engine has been driven less than 19k miles since installation.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a window sticker, an air pump, a car cover, a toolkit, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Welcome to the auction of this stunning 997 Cabriolet, a car cherished by a Porsche-loving family known for their meticulous care of vehicles. As the owner of two other Porsches, acquiring this 911 was the pinnacle of sports car ownership for me. With the top down, it turns heads everywhere it goes. This car comes with extensive service records. To satisfy my perfectionist tendencies, I invested over 20K to keep it in pristine condition, which included installing an LN-built Nickies engine and a new IMS when early signs of bore scoring appeared. The car now runs as smooth as butter and is in such excellent condition that you can enjoy it for years to come without additional expenses. A full DME report was done before listing the car for sale. You will see that there have been no ignitions in ranges 2-6, which shows how the car was always handled with care. The full 62-page report will be shared with the buyer. I'm selling this 911 to make room for a very special collectible addition to my garage. I hope it finds a deserving next owner who will love it as much as we have and benefit from the care and attention it has received.”

@techmaverick - hello again. For some reason Pcarmarket deleted my private message to you. I live near you and simply wanted to make arrangements to come and look at the car next week. I included my private email address and perhaps that’s why they deleted my message. I know that you replied and listed your phone number and I was going to write it down but didn’t get a chance to. If you kept my contact information, please contact me. If not I’ll try the contact seller button again. Thanks.
Thanks everyone for participating. The car is now listed on deal tank in pca market. I m open to reasonable offers.

Hello WH911, I have the receipt of the labor work of swapping and also the engine unit. There is no option to attach here, but will provide this to the buyer. In addition, I will introduce you to 9xx motors who did the engine work and Redford who did the swap work both.
Is there a receipt for the ln-built engine and the labor work of swapping it available?
Bid in the amount of $22,000
Btw, the car came with NAVTV iPOD connector. I did not use/test this as I use Android phones. This may be the unit specification, there are a few variants though - https://navtv.com/products/NTV-KIT150/opi-p-with-aux.html
But I would prefer a PCM upgrade with Carplay and Android Auto.
Thanks for the bidders and also the larger number of watchers !
Btw, the car has AGM battery replaced a few months ago. Also the car has 3d Maxpider mats.
Some mods that were in my list that I would recommend to the future buyer -
PCM upgrade to one that supported Wireless Car play and AA, I identified a 8" model that was exactly factory like but was sub $350. Second, I was planning on Satin black power coating of alloys which is $165 a wheel by the best detailer.
997.1 is has such a good base for you to have so many mods.
