Finished in Meteor Grey Metallic over a Stone Grey interior, this 2007 Porsche 997 Carrera S features optional 19” Carrera Classic wheels, Sport Chrono Package Plus, and a Tiptronic S transmission paired with its 3.8-liter engine. It was acquired by the current owner from a dealer in California in 2013 and is now being offered for auction out of Texas showing just over 47k miles on the odometer.
Compared to a standard Carrera, the “S” model features red-painted brake calipers and quad exhaust outlets. This example comes finished in Meteor Grey Metallic and rides on optional 19” Carrera Classic wheels with colored center crests and Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Some imperfections are noted on the front bumper as well as a small mark on the left rear bumper, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Stone Grey interior includes matching carpet floor mats and optional heated seats as well as a three-spoke leather steering wheel, automatic climate control, and a dashboard-mounted lap timer included as part of the Sport Chrono Package. An aftermarket Pioneer touchscreen head unit has been installed and the seller reports all electronics and accessories to be functioning properly.
A naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine sends up to 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 5-speed Tiptronic S shiftable automatic transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is reached in approximately 5 seconds while stopping power comes from fixed 4-piston brakes paired with ventilated and cross-drilled discs at each corner. The seller states an oil service and inspection were completed in September 2022.

I tried my best to get a paint meter reading. I can confirm that since I purchased the car in 2013 that the car has not been in any wrecks and no body work has been done.

I went to 2 body shops, 2 auto parts stores & Harbor Freight - none of them have a paint meter reader. I ordered one from Amazon and it’s scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Austin Tireman measured the front tires at 8/32" and the rear tires at 7/32".
There are small scratches on one side of the opening. I’ve ordered a new “tow eye” cover from Porsche Austin and expect it delivered next week. It should cover the scratches. The tires show no signs of cracks, bubbles, or splitting. I’ll do my best to post tire depths later today and paint meter readings on Monday. The factory head unit is no longer with the car. Two original keys come with the car - a photo has been uploaded to Pcarmarket and should be posted soon. Please feel free to contact me if you need more info.
@paako If the front license tag frame is removed, will there be any bumper damage or "indentation" visible? Also, Do you have the "tow eye" pained cover to replace into he location of the license plate frame ? Can you provide tire depths as well as paint motor readings?
Is the factory head unit still with the car? How many keys are with the car?
