Introduced for the 2007 model year, the 997-generation Porsche 911 Turbo debuted with a venerable Mezger flat-six engine and new Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) turbochargers. Finished in Black over a matching full leather interior, this inaugural-year example features a desirable 6-speed manual transmission as well as the Sport Chrono Package, Bose Surround Sound System, a sunroof, a Sport Shifter, heated front seats, Parking Assist System, illuminated stainless steel door entry guards, painted rocker panels, a PCM infotainment system, and more. This Porsche 997 Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of North Carolina while showing approximately 23k miles on the odometer.
The 997 Turbo is distinguished by wider bodywork than the standard Carrera model and features integrated side air intakes, unique bumpers, and a speed-activated rear wing. This Coupe is finished in Black and features red-painted brake calipers as well as optional painted rocker panels. It rides on factory 19” 911 Turbo wheels wrapped in Michelin tires mounted in 2022. The seller notes some paint imperfections on the front end due to road-going wear and that clear paint protection film has been applied over the front bumper, rear quarters, and the forward half of the hood and front fenders. The cabin is appointed with black full leather upholstery, a sunroof, and a Bose Surround Sound System. Optional equipment includes front seat heating, black floor mats with Porsche lettering, illuminated stainless steel door entry guards, a Sport Shifter, a PCM module for telephone, and the Parking Assist System. A stopwatch dial is also mounted on the central dashboard as part of the optional Sport Chrono Package. Some wear is noted on the driver’s seat and the seller reports all gauges and accessories to be working properly.
A twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine produces up to 480 HP and drives all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH takes place in less than 4 seconds with a top speed of over 190 MPH. The optional Sport Chrono Package Turbo enables a temporary period of overboost for increased peak torque. No outstanding maintenance items have been reported.

Have there been any modifications done to this car?
@DckWilt The road wear is really only on the plastic lip and a small amount of the headlights. The PPF had definitely preserved the car well.

So this turbo is AWD?

@Snolvr They are very underrated cars. The 997 Turbo is personally one of my all-time favorite PCars.
@oldsouth Working on getting underside photos. The car has been garage kept its entire life and has zero rust or oil leaks. Everything works perfect on the car. The only issue is the wear on the seat from getting in and out, and the airbag light is currently on but the owner is working to get that fixed.

@savoyautosolutions I had to do that on my 06 997 C4S. Worked OK, but was a little temperamental!
@artichoke This car does not have bluetooth. You can always purchase a third party extension to give it Bluetooth capability.
Does this car have blue tooth phone connectivity?
@savoyautosolutions - I saw the carfax entry that showed new tires. I also saw a DME report but did not see a PPI posted. If you could post that that would be great. Also how did you get comfortable that routine maintenance was done prior to your purchase. Thanks
@ianbsears The car does not any service history or records. It does have the CarFax where is has passed through Porsche Of Colorado Springs where they provided a full Porsche PPI last year.
