This CL63 AMG is finished in Titanium Grey Metallic and rides on 20” AMG five-spoke wheels dressed in Nexen N Fera SU1 tires. Exterior details include a pillarless roof design, a power-operated glass sunroof, distinctive AMG-styled bumpers & side skirts, polished quad exhaust outlets, and bi-xenon headlights with Active Curve Illumination. The interior is upholstered in black Nappa leather accented by burl walnut wood trim. This CL63 AMG is powered by a 6.2 liter V8 engine that sends up to 518 HP and 465 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 7-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission. Each corner is equipped with disc brakes featuring cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. Other performance features include an Electronic Stability Program and an Active Body Control suspension. What a stunning pillarless coupe! With the exception of the front bumper scuffs/nicks, this CL is probably the cleanest example with an uncommon color that I've seen to date...however, without seeing the 47-point inspection report, one could only guess what preventive maintenance the car needs. IMO, low mileage examples tend to do better with more frequent fluid flushes from sedentary issues. I didn't see any fluid flush's on the Carfax (not saying none were ever performed).
Obviously the front rotors will need to be replaced in the near future. Rotors are about $2000 as a DYI. I'd also recommend servicing the ABC, as it's an incredibly expensive system to repair when it begins to fail, and although there's really no guidance in the Benz manual as to when to service it, anecdotally around 40K miles seems to be the consensus from the ABC community. Any chance of obtaining the VMI? That would squash all concerns indeed.
