Marking the inaugural year of the 997.2 generation with its new direct-injected engine and optional Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission, this 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet comes finished in Macadamia Metallic over a Black and Sand Beige leather interior. It was generously equipped from the factory with the optional Sport Chrono Package, Bose High-End Sound Package, 19” Carrera S II wheels, illuminated door sills, Adaptive Sport Seats with painted backrests, and more. It was acquired by the third and current owner less than two years ago and has since been fitted with an upgraded IPD plenum and Fabspeed intake while receiving standard routine maintenance. Showing approximately 57k miles on the odometer, this Carrera Cabriolet is now being offered for auction out of Southern California.
This 997.2 comes finished in Macadamia Metallic with a black cabriolet roof and optional 19” Carrera S II wheels including 5mm spacers. Clear European-style side marker lenses have been installed and new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires were mounted within the last 5k miles. The full exterior is said to have been refinished by an authorized Porsche dealer after the car was cosmetically vandalized. A small touch-up is noted on the front bumper, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing minor damage in 2016.
The Black and Sand Beige leather interior features a pair of Sport Seats with exclusive Macadamia Metallic painted backrests. Other options include a footrest in aluminum, illuminated door sill guards in stainless steel, a “Carrera” embossed storage compartment lid, a heated multifunction steering wheel, heated front seats, self-dimming mirrors, the Bose High-End Sound Package, Bluetooth phone interface, XM Radio, and Navigation Module for PCM.
The naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission sending up to 345 HP and 287 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels. The optional Sport Chrono Package enables acceleration from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.7 seconds. This example also features an upgraded Fabspeed air intake and IPD plenum for increased power output and induction sound. The seller states routine oil changes and standard maintenance have been kept up to date by a reputable local specialist, and the CARFAX report shows service history dating back to the original pre-delivery inspection.

@alramahi Would you provide the manufacture or retailer for those mats?
@155MPH combination of snaps and velcro. They hold up well and wiping them down does the trick. Also, we don’t deal with snow or much rain here in Southern California, so that makes it much easier. Car is also not my daily driver. I do have the original floor mats that are included if someone wanted to switch them out.
They are the craziest floor mats I have ever seen. How do you keep them clean? Are there snaps installed to the car to hold them in place?

@evergreenc Hi @evergreenc — the car was fully re-painted in 2016. The dealer I had bought it from had provided me the paperwork from the body shop and I can definitely provide you a copy of that. I was told the car was keyed and it required a full paint job.
The incident for the rear was a scratch on the rear bumper caps. I came out of the grocery store and noticed a scratch. It was either a shopping cart or someone gave it love bump in the parking lot.

Please clarify what was done when the “full exterior was refinished”. Was the car fully repainted? What specifically was the damage which was done to the entire exterior?. Can
you provide Invoices from the two seperate incidents of bodywork?
