The fourth-generation Land Rover Discovery, known as the LR4, was introduced in 2009 with improved engine and gearbox options, revisions to the braking and suspension system, and a contemporary luxury interior with modern refinements. This 2010 LR4 is finished in Bali Blue Pearl over an Almond leather interior and was ordered new by the seller with the HSE Plus Package, which equips seating for seven passengers, navigation, front park assist, Bluetooth connectivity, HD radio, auto high-beams, and a cold-climate package. Accompanied by complete service history and showing just over 107k miles on the odometer, this LR4 is now being offered at auction by its seller out of California.
This Land Rover was ordered in Bali Blue Pearl (823) a new color for the 2010 model year. External features include a revised front grille and bumper, body-colored wheel arches and bumper, newly designed headlights, and LED taillights. A set of Yakima roof-mounted crossbars have been fitted for the installation of a cargo box, as well as a OEM Land Rover trailer hitch receiver and Curt trailer brake controller. The factory 19” wheels are wrapped in Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza Plus XL tires from 2017-18. The seller reports some clear coat peeling on the side mirrors and bumpers, some scratches on the side panels, a door ding on the right rear door, and some minor dents on the roof, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior features Almond leather upholstery accented by wood and aluminum trim. Amenities include folding third-row seating, power-adjustable and heated front seats, a touchscreen multimedia system with navigation and Bluetooth, front and rear independent climate control, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, a backup camera, and cruise control. The seller reports wear on the driver’s door armrest, some light scuffing on plastic paneling, seatbacks, and ceiling of the cargo area, and wear to the driver’s floor mat.
The LR4 is powered by a 5.0L V8 that was factory rated at 375 HP and 375 lb.-ft of torque, which is sent to all four wheels through a ZF six-speed automatic transmission, twin-range transfer case, and locking center differential. Performance features include the Land Rover Terrain Response system, with selectable modes for different types of driving situations, Trailer Stability Assist for towing, Electronic Traction Control, Dynamic Stability Control, and Roll Stability Control. Service has been carried out at the manufacturer's suggested intervals, including new front brake pads and rotors, rear control arm bushings, a new battery, a power steering system flush, an oil service, a new air filter, and new spark plugs in the last 20k miles. The timing chain, guides, tensioners, and serpentine belts were replaced at 107k miles as a preventative measure. The seller suggests the replacement of the rear brake pads in the near future.

@EMC911 The airbag light is not really on. Most of the warning lights flash in the first few seconds after ignition and then they all turn off sequentially. It's just bad video timing. I'll ask the moderators to post a slightly longer video I just took that shows all the lights going off
In the video is show that Air Bag light is on, is that the case?
@autotechnicllc I had to do some googling on this question set! No, I've never experienced any of the issues mentioned in forums about other's A-pillars. I'm not sure what you mean by sun roof journals, can you elaborate? That said, I've never had any issues with the sunroof glass or mechanical operation. I've kept this car in the garage >95% of it's life and otherwise the climate in the bay area is quite mild and we're nowhere near the sea where we live.

Any A-Pillar issues ever? Was this garaged? Have the sun roof journals been blown out consistently?

Gas type used: premium for 1st half of vehicles 12 years, plus for 2nd half since gas prices started to get painful!
Were control arms replaced anytime?: lower rear control arm bushings replaced at 92K miles (in service documentation)
Was air suspension recently checked: yes, at 104K miles with no observations (in service documentation)

@JoeLA I'm really glad you asked this question. I just went to work on the spot with a toothbrush and some toothpaste and it all came right off. Was just some paint transfer. I'll get the before and after photos posted as soon as pcarmarket can update them. A similar scuff on the left rear panel (photo 5) just under the light came right off too.

@JoeLA That's right, Land Rover has updated the timing chain tensioner design vs the 2010 OEM part and the new ones have the updated design.
Hi- Nice LR. On the timing chain service, were the tensioners updated to the non-plastic ones from later model years?
