  • Mileage: 38,613

The range-topping version of Porsche’s 997.2 Carrera, the GTS, features wider bodywork derived from the all-wheel-drive Carrera 4 as well as center-lock wheels, a premium interior, the Sport Exhaust System, and a more powerfully tuned 3.8-liter engine. This 2012 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet is finished in Black over a matching leather and Alcantara interior and features the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus, 7-speed PDK transmission, navigation module, Bose Surround Sound System, and more. This GTS is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing less than 39k miles on the odometer.

The GTS model comes standard with black-finished 19” RS Spyder center-lock wheels borrowed from the 911 Turbo S. This 2012 example is finished in Black with a matching convertible top and presents “Carrera GTS” side model designations in silver. Other equipment includes side skirts, red-painted brake calipers, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and quad exhaust tips. The seller states that the convertible top was replaced upon their acquisition and some paint touch-ups on the hood, rear, and sides are suspected. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cabin features black leather and Alcantara upholstery as well as optional heated Adaptive Sport Seats with driver memory. Additional options include the Sport Chrono Package Plus, a navigation module, a Bose Surround Sound System, a SiriusXM Satellite Radio Tuner, and the storage bin lid in Alcantara with Porsche logo. The seller states that all gauges and electronics are working properly with no warning lights present.

Powered by a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine, the Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet sends up to 408 HP and 310 lb.-ft. of torque to all four wheels by way of a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achievable in approximately 4 seconds with the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus. Additionally, the Sport Exhaust System comes as standard on the GTS.

This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a car cover, a battery charger, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “The car is great never an issue, replaced the top when purchased, done by Freeport Porsche. Complete detail done last year with tires taken off, headlights clear.”

I can only speak of my ownership since 2019 where there were no major issues , there is a detailed breakdown from 2019- now and other than replacing convertable top and tires , it was all standard maitenance needed . Carfax states what each service was for . Car was purchased as a CPO which means was in top condition

  • Mcomito (registered bidder) 2 weeks, 3 daysago

Can you comment on the vehicle needing to be serviced 10 times in one year?
    Were there any issues?

  • Dschindel (seller) 2 weeks, 5 daysago

No it has the alcantara interior so seat portion is suede

  • petedoyon (registered bidder) 2 weeks, 5 daysago

Does the interior get oppressively hot in FL summers?

  • OSI (registered bidder) 2 weeks, 5 daysago

Thank you. I think it's the picture angle maybe. I had a 993 that was hit in the rear and the tail lights were slightly off so ever since then I look at how they fit. I was looking at the bottom of the L lens and the socket floor. It's that quarter to half inch space compared to the other side. But honestly it's hard to tell. It could also be that the tail light needs adjustment too if at all. Anyway thx for the responce.

  • Dschindel (seller) 2 weeks, 5 daysago

@OSI So i just measured and they seem to be exact same from floor level so not sure what you see

  • Dschindel (seller) 2 weeks, 5 daysago

Not sure what repairs you are refering to , anybotems were standard service protocol items , since i have owned inhave had no major issues

  • Jessannjoh (registered bidder) 2 weeks, 5 daysago

Do you know of any problems with the car that would cause so many repairs within a short amount of time

  • OSI (registered bidder) 2 weeks, 6 daysago

Can you tell me if the drivers side tail light suts a bit higher than should be? The gap on the bottom seems a little wider than the right side. I know it's very minor but just curious if my observation is correct or seeing things?? Thanks. Beautiful car btw.

  • textreme 2 weeks, 6 daysago
