Now up for auction is this 2013 Porsche 991 Carrera Coupe finished in White over a Luxor Beige interior.  This first-generation 991 Carrera was sold new in Florida at an original sticker price of over $102k with a generous array of options including 20” Carrera Classic wheels, Premium Package Plus, the BOSE Audio Package, Power Steering Plus, a SportDesign steering wheel, electric sunroof, and more.  Power is derived from a naturally aspirated 3.4L flat-six engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission.  Maintained almost exclusively by authorized Porsche dealers, this 991 Carrera is now being offered for auction by its owner out of New York while showing just under 20k miles on the odometer.

This 991 comes finished in nonmetallic White and sports factory optioned high-gloss aluminum window trim, painted mirror bases, and a “911” rear model designation along with custom yellow-painted brake calipers and a red “S” emblem on the rear end.  The clear finishes on the headlights and wheels show signs of crazing and the factory-applied clear stone guards on the rear fenders have yellowed slightly.  CARFAX shows an accident to have occurred to the right front end in 2015 and notes “vehicle was not damaged”.  Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and the full CARFAX report.  The optional 20” Carrera Classic wheels come dressed in Bridgestone Potenza S-04 tires dated from 2015.

Inside, you will find a Luxor Beige standard leather interior with aluminum-look trim, Alcantara headliner, a SportDesign steering wheel, and 14-way Power Sport Seats. Driver amenities include Online Services, the BOSE Audio Package, an electric sunroof, and Premium Package Plus which equips auto-dimming mirrors, the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), driver memory settings, and front seat heating.  The upper door panels show warping and CARFAX reports a mileage inconsistency in 2020 which resulted from a clerical error.  A scan of the car’s computer confirms the true mileage and is provided for reference in the gallery.  A complete list of factory options is provided below:

Hi, beautiful car. Thanks for being upfront about the discrepancy of the miles on the Carfax. Does that mean that this will be a NAM (not actual mileage) on the title? (Branded title). Also what was the discrepancy in mileage, and a scan of the system will definitely determine the exact miles? Thank you.

speedfreack31: While I also do not like the idea of adding an "S" to a non S. Just like you see all these guys adding "AMG" to non AMG Mercedes. But I would change the color of the calipers, not the make them look like PCCB's, but to suit my taste, if yellow calipers look great with a white car, and to me they do, I will change it. IMHO...Cheers!

Why does it have S badging when it's clearly a 3.4L base model Carrera? While I'm a fan of these cars (even the base model) I get annoyed when owners try to make their car into something that it isn't. Painting the calipers (all S models come with red calipers, yellow calipers are for cars with PCCBs) is another issue.
