The W222 is the sixth generation of Mercedes-Benz’s flagship S-Class luxury sedan, introduced in 2013 with redesigned styling and a host of new technological features and luxury amenities. This 2015 S550 was delivered to Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills, California, and was ordered in Black over a Crystal Gray/Seashell Gray leather interior, and was optioned with the Premium 1 Package, the Driver Assistance Package, 19” twin-5-spoke wheels, power rear seats, a heads-up display, the Exclusive Trim Package, locking wheel bolts, and a Comfort Box trunk stowage compartment. Showing just over 21k miles on the odometer, this S550 is now being offered at auction by its seller out of Oregon.
The exterior is finished in Black (040U) with chrome trim throughout. Equipment includes full LED headlights with Active Curve Illumination, LED daytime running lights, LED tail lamps, and twin polished exhaust tips. The CARFAX report shows an incident that occurred in December of 2019 that resulted in minor damage to the front end, which was professionally repaired by Wilsonville Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, Oregon. The optional 19” twin-5-spoke wheels are secured by optional locking wheel bolts and are mounted with Michelin Primacy MXM4 run-flat tires displaying date codes from 2019, said to have been replaced around 3k miles ago.
The interior is upholstered in Crystal Gray/Seashell Gray leather, accented by Black Poplar wood trim on the dashboard, steering wheel, center console, and door panels, as equipped with the Exclusive Trim Package. The Premium 1 Package provides heated, ventilated, and massaging power-operated active front seats, Keyless GO keyless entry, Parktronic active parking assist, and power rear-side sunshades. Optional features include power rear seats, a heads-up display, and a Comfort Box trunk storage compartment. Other amenities include a power tilt/sliding panorama sunroof, customizable full LED ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, the Air Balance fragrance dispenser, MAGIC CONTROL heated windshield wipers, power-folding mirrors, soft-close doors, an electronic trunk closer, keyless ignition, a 12.3” digital instrument cluster, and 12.3” COMAND infotainment system with navigation, Bluetooth, and satellite radio, connected to a Burmester Surround Sound system with FrontBass. The Driver Assistance Package equips DISTRONIC PLUS adaptive cruise control, Active Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, PRE-SAFE active brake assist with pedestrian recognition, BAS PLUS with cross-traffic assist, and PRE-SAFE PLUS with rear-end collision protection.
The W222 S550 is powered by a 4.7L Biturbo V8 engine with direct injection, generating up to 449 HP and 516 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by a 7-speed automatic transmission with shift paddles, which allow the S550 to reach 60 MPH in 4.9 seconds with an electronically-limited top speed of 155 MPH. The AIRMATIC adaptive air suspension continuously adjusts while driving to provide optimal comfort. The seller reports that all scheduled maintenance has been carried out according to the manufacturer's intervals, and a service and oil change was performed in June of 2022. The steering shaft and seal were replaced in 2021 by Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville.

@Kupplungspedal It was a 3 inch scratch on the rocker panel below drivers door. It barely made through the paint. It was repaired by Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville before I took delivery of the vehicle. It is on the Carfax report that is in the photo album

@Jhouston1911 Sorry it has taken so long to reply I have been traveling. I am out of town for the week. I can tell you that the undercarriage is clean no leaks and there may be one or two small scratches on the front lower engine cover.
