The Bentley Mulsanne was introduced as the first flagship luxury car independently designed by Bentley since the 8 Litre model of 1930, named for the legendary high-speed straight of the Le Mans racing circuit. This 2016 example is finished in Beluga over a Linen leather interior and was configured at an original cost of over $303k including the optional Premier Specification, veneered picnic tables and door panels, 21” polished wheels, embroidered headrests, and side-view cameras. A one-owner car supported by annual dealer service, this Mulsanne is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York showing just over 6k miles on the odometer.
This Mulsanne is finished in Beluga solid black paint and includes a flying “B” hood emblem, hand-polished stainless exterior accents, and a knurled fuel filler cap as part of the Premier Specification. It rides on optional 21” 2-Piece 5-Spoke polished wheels dressed in original Dunlop tires. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this Bentley is appointed with Linen leather complemented by optional seat piping, embroidered headrests, and mirror-matched wood veneers extending to the door panels, rear picnic tables, and vanity mirrors. Other options include Bentley wing badges and chrome inlays, a WIFI hotspot, a heated four-spoke steering wheel, deep pile floor mats, and two city umbrellas. The Premier Specification also equips ventilated and massaging seats, a rearview camera, ambient lighting, and stainless interior accents. The seller notes that front and rear laser jammers have been installed.
As much as 505 HP and 752 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels from a twin-turbocharged 6.75 V8 engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH takes place in approximately 5 seconds. The chassis includes electronically controlled air springs with Continuous Damping Control (CDC) as well as Drive Dynamics Control with selectable settings for the suspension and power steering. The seller states annual maintenance has been completed at Bentley Long Island as shown on the CARFAX report.
