Up for auction is this low-mileage 2016 Boxster Spyder with the sought after 6-speed manual transmission. Sharing the revised front and rear fascia of the GT4 along with a handful of other bespoke design features, the Boxster Spyder is a stand-out, even within the Porsche lineup. Showing just 11k miles on the odometer, this 2-owner example is now being offered for auction in excellent condition by its seller in California.
The monochromatic theme of this Boxster Spyder is no secret, featuring factory black paint along with a black vinyl Spyder cloth top. The exterior of this Spyder is said to be in excellent condition. An application of ceramic coating was applied to the entire exterior along with a paint protection film covering the entire front-end. The Carfax report does show an accident prior to the seller's acquisition, however, it was noted to be very minor with no structural damage of any kind. Sending power to the rear wheels by way of a standard 6-speed manual gearbox, this car is capable of accelerating from 0-60 in as little as 4.3 seconds. The Spyder is brought to a stop by six piston front and four piston rear mono-block calipers while steering duties are handled by an upgraded steering rack from the 911 Turbo. The seller notes that a certified Porsche dealer performed a 10k service in August of 2018 along with a recent fluid and filter service this past September. @wolnic1 Unsure about specifics of how damage occurred. GT4 bumper fascia appears to have been replaced and fender was repainted. Repairs are very high quality and unnoticeable. I’ve included interior/exterior photos of the areas below. You’ll note there is no evidence of any internal or structural damage. Car steers, drives, and handles beautifully. I purchased the vehicle in full confidence and had zero concerns or problems during my ownership.
