We are pleased to present for auction this stunning 2017 Porsche 991.2 Turbo Coupe finished in Paint to Sample Viola Metallic.  This incredibly attractive color is just the cherry on top of this highly-optioned super car.  With an original MSRP of over $227k, this Turbo comes loaded with desirable features and is a stand out among others on the market. It is now being offered with 44,411km / 27k miles on the odometer by its seller in Canada.

The rarely seen paint to sample Viola Metallic clearly stands in excellent condition as per the gallery photos.  Although the US Carfax report does not show any damage, the Canadian Carfax report notes that the rear bumper was professionally replaced at 16k miles (26k Km).  A few noteworthy exterior features include rear model designation painted in exterior color, SportDesign side mirrors with lower trim painted in black, high-gloss black painted air intakes, exterior color-matched sides skirts, and tinted tail lights.  This example rides on a set of factory 20” Turbo S wheels that wear 2017 dated Bridgestone Potenza tires on all four corners.

This Turbo Coupe is appointed with a black leather interior that shows to be in excellent condition.  Special-ordered factory options include: Aluminum pedals and footrest, aluminum gear selector, steel side door sills with illuminated “turbo” logo in purple, Racing Yellow seatbelts, Porsche crests on headrests, and Porsche Entry & Drive.  With its high MSRP of $227,755, additional options include:

  • Lane Change Assist
  • Heated Multifunction Steering Wheel
  • Heated/Ventilated Seats
  • Smoking Package
  • Light Design Package
  • Electric Sunroof
  • Rear Footwell Lighting
  • Deviated Floor Mats with Leather Edging
  • Steering Column Casing in Leather
  • Headlight Cleaning Covers in Viola Metallic
  • Rear Facia Painted

This Turbo is propelled by a 3.8L twin-turbocharged flat-six engine producing 540HP and 523 lb-ft of torque.  Power is delivered to all four wheels via a lightning quick 7-speed PDK transmission which accelerates this Turbo from 0-60 mph in under 3 seconds with a top speed of 189MPH.  With its factory PCCB Carbon Ceramic brakes, this Turbo can easily come to a halt even when reaching maximum speeds.  Reported to be in excellent driving condition, this Turbo is up to date on all regularly scheduled maintenance including a service with fresh fluids and filters.

The sale will include all books, two keys, service records, and a US Carfax report as well as a Canadian Carfax report.

Trust is like a bumper......it just takes a second to damage it and a long time to repair and in the end....it is never quite the same. I liked the car and a legit buyer but too much drama to continue... no bueno guys...

  • Jaysenc (seller) 4 yearsago

@glo0024 Yes the window sticker is in CAD, but Porsche doesn’t use current change rates for pricing. This car was 200k plus window in USD at the time.

  • glo0024 (registered bidder) 4 yearsago

Since this was noted as a Canadian car, is the $227,000 sticker price in Canadian dollars or U.S. dollars? If it's Canadian dollars the June 1, 2017 exchange rate was $.74 U.S. dollars to each Canadian dollar. That would make the U.S. sticker about $168,000.

After verifying information with the seller, the listing will be modified and the Canadian version of the Carfax (indicating an accident) will be added to the gallery momentarily. We apologize for the inconvenience to all and truly do appreciate all bidders and members of the community helping us to maintain accuracy. PCARMARKET's main goal is to provide listings that are as accurate as possible for our community and we strive to ensure that any and all information that we obtain is provided in our listings.

Hello. Thank you to all for bringing this to our attention. We base our listings on the information provided by the seller. In addition, we run our own carfax reports to ensure that they are authentic. In this case, we cannot come up with a valid reason why a company like CarFax would not have this listed on the report when it is run by a US party. We rely on the accuracy of their information as well as the sellers. After speaking with the seller and a formal review of the BAT listing, a revision will be made to this listing. Thank you.

  • Jaysenc (seller) 4 yearsago

@Pskallman Agree although they did get the date wrong it was March 2018 not 2019.

  • Pskallman (registered bidder) 4 yearsago

@Jaysenc however, Bring A Trailer stated the following disclosure:

The selling dealer states that the rear bumper has been replaced, although the provided Carfax report shows a repair estimate in March 2019.

  • Jaysenc (seller) 4 yearsago

@Pskallman I believe it’s the same reason that BAT chose not to show the actual estimate amount. Since it’s an estimate and minor. It’s not a wreck and no metal bodywork was affected.

  • Pskallman (registered bidder) 4 yearsago

@Jaysenc thank you for your reply. I’m extremely disappointed to learn that although you declared to pcarmarket that there was damage and a subsequent repair done to the rear bumper, that they did not disclose it in the listing. Actually, I’m blown away by their non-disclosure!

  • Jaysenc (seller) 4 yearsago

@Pskallman All information regarding rear bumper replacement and paint was disclosed to PCARmarket before submitting add. The carfax is clean and there isn’t a 30k claim as mention by other users. Why say it’s 30k when it isn’t?

  • Pskallman (registered bidder) 4 yearsago

@Jaysenc why was this not disclosed by you?

  • Jaysenc (seller) 4 yearsago

    @mobileuniverse
Yes it doesn’t show up on the usa carfax that PCARmarket pulled. It was an estimate of 23k which includes 15 percent sales tax. That’s equivalent to 14k usd estimate on rear of car. Not 30k and not a claim.
    Thanks
    Jaysen

  • mobileuniverse (registered bidder) 4 yearsago

Was just on BAT - $30k damage to the rear from what I see on CARFAX -
